YoloinOhio Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 (edited) Whoever the new HC is, please make season long captains. This team needs leadership badly and players to hold each other accountable. They need guys who clearly wear a C on their chests. Not a different group named flippantly each week based on where they went to college or if they played for the opponent at some point. Or used as a tool to troll the other team needlessly. I truly didn't have an issue with a lot of Rex's antics, they were fine. But this one got really old with me. Edited December 28, 2016 by YoloinOhio
Manther Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 The game day captain was another example of how Rex just didn't get it. And/or Rex trying to be different for the sake of being different instead of trying to be a better HC. It was embarrassing! My guess is the game day captains were probably embarrassed as well.
YoloinOhio Posted December 28, 2016 Author Posted December 28, 2016 He made Percy Harvin a captain for the MNF game at Seattle after he had been back with the team for 3 days after having been away for over a year. I mean...
BUNCH OF MULARKEY Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 Agree absolutely. Who would have been your year long captains? I'd vote McCoy Kyle Tyrod, incognito.

MAJBobby Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 I would really argue though you dont need a freaking letter on your shoulder to be a leader.
What a Tuel Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 I would really argue though you dont need a freaking letter on your shoulder to be a leader. Some people need to see someone with a C on their shoulder, and maybe be held accountable to on a peer to peer level.
