THe others, who cares. Hopkins had a groin injury entering the season and we signed Carpenter, who was excellent his first year.

The Bills seem to cut a bunch of guys that are able to play on other teams and yet the Bills are still lacking talent in the defensive backfield. People who think the Bills lack the defensive talent to be a good defense obviously don't watch much NFL football. Most good defenses have a few positions that are bandaided talent wise. The Bills under Rex have a reverse synergy on D........they are much more talented than the results they are getting.

Specially with Aarons health For no less than 10 months, a vocal TSW fringe insisted that the 2015 defensive personnel was identical to 2014, that coaching/scheme was the only difference. Injuries and Searcy's departure were scoffed at. WELP! People who think the Bills lack the defensive talent to be a good defense obviously don't watch much NFL football. But to have the kind of dominant defense needed to overcome yearlong deficiencies at QB, you need better talent than what the Bills have.

He was a solid special teamer who became the 11th man on D and cherry picked behind an aggressive pass rushing front. He was easily replaceable in Schwartz D. Corey Graham is a better player........and it's not close. And he's perceived as trash in Rex D.

Graham has had to make nearly twice as many tackles at safety than Searcy has since he left and yet has still produced significantly more passes defensed and turnovers than Searcy. Rex D chews up and spits out safeties when the front 7 is not stopping the run and forcing hurried passes.....and subsequently it's main objective.........punts. Searcy as a significant loss is up there with the loss of Aaron Williams undoing Rex D. Apparently people forgot the Jets air raid on the Bills D in the home opener WITH AW. Just so happened AW got injured after the offensively handicapped portion of the schedule was reaching the rear view.

Top defensive grades: LB Ramon Humber, 79.7 CB Ronald Darby, 78.6 DI Leger Douzable, 78.0 DI Adolphus Washington, 75.1 CB Corey White, 74.3 No Dareus, no Hughes, no Kyle Williams. Corey White missed a tackle badly on a Landry WR screen, but it's two weeks in a row where shows that he belongs, hopefully he's versatile and can play different schemes going forward.

Corey White missed a tackle badly on a Landry WR screen, but it's two weeks in a row where shows that he belongs, hopefully he's versatile and can play different schemes going forward. I would not be surprised to see White playing a lot as a safety here or elsewhere next season. In ANY scheme you have to find a few guys from nowhere to contribute. I think even Saint Jim Leonhard would have looked stupid in this D this year.

Rambo i didn't get the guy just plays ball & now he's going to the playoffs with the Fins ... For sure Gilmore needs to take a look in the book what wrapping up a player when you tackle is all about , or we will see him with another team because he's no Josh Norman & the Bills shouldn't pay that cash for him !!!!
