mob16151 Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 That's comedy gold right there. The stuff legends are made of. Just typical Bills bull ****
nuklz2594 Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 hommina hommina hommina.....my patriot bride felt so bad she brought the bottle not a shot of tequila
BuffaloMatt Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 COACHES LOST THIS GAME. Good luck A Lynn getting a HC job with that school yard razzle dazzle BS when TD Mike was picking up five yards at a clip. I was for continuity but now I'm for tearing the Mother Father down.
pkwwjd Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 Anyone else have a problem with the punt on 4th and 3 in OT?Absolutely! They needed to treat it like four down territory
mob16151 Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 Absolutely! They needed to treat it like four down territory It absolutely was,I don't trust this defense at all.
chaccof Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 it shouldn't have come down to that play (stupid as it was). When the offense has 500+ total yards you expect a win in regulation....Instead Fat Boy's defense laid low again....
BuffaloMatt Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 (edited) That call and the bomb call right before it in FG range in OT should be fireable offense for both Rex and Lynn. You just can't do that at that point of the game with that much at stake. AGREEED AGREEEED AGREEED. Rex shouldn't even be allowed to do post game presser. Pitchforks and torches anyone? Wayne Cubed Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 How about that play should have never been called. The Bills where winning in regulation, if a Rex Ryan defense could make a !@#$ing stop, it never goes to OT.
Big C Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 How about that play should have never been called. The Bills where winning in regulation, if a Rex Ryan defense could make a !@#$ing stop, it never goes to OT. Also special reams...
coloradobillsfan Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 I would have been willing to give Lynn a shot at HC next year, but after this play call I don't want him Would not have thought one play would make that big of a difference, but this showed amazingly spectacular incompetence.
The Frankish Reich Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 @moriartysports Reggie Bush's season 12 runs for -3 yds. Bills decided it was a good idea to give him the ball on one of the most important plays of the yr I was about to look up his final* season stats. Thanks, you beat me to it. *He really can't be active next week. Or can he?
ProcessAccepted Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 Our defense sucked. Nothing else matters compared to that simple fact. How many missed tackles were there today. The offense gave us signs of hope but our defense remains as the reason the playoffs were not achieved this year. Typical Rob Ryan defense.
Wayne Cubed Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 Also special reams... Yup, what was with the decision to put to the goal line and allow a return? That bit them in the ass.
mob16151 Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 Reggie Bush eating a roster spot all year,is why I think Whaley should be fired.
Prickly Pete Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 2nd and 12 inside the 30 in overtime and we run a reverse to Reggie Bush. His first carry in how many games? Literally the worst playcall I have ever seen in my life. I came to the board just to comment on this play. People can bicker about what play cost them the game, or "it was the offense", "it was the defense"...this or that guy sucked. But this play was the point where they had the game in their hand, and let it go. I can't believe Lynn or whoever called it is a professional. It was the absolute worse play they could call. "Let's give the ball to a guy 10 yards off the line of scrimmage, and take us out of field goal range. Let's use the RB that rarely see's the field. I think it's gonna fool 'em." !@#$ing idiots.
Freddie's Dead Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 Unless it worked. No. Reggie Bush has 11 carries for 5 yards this season. Let that sink in. This is the guy that ALynn tagged with the game on the line. Every one of us could have made a better play call.
offsides#76FredSmerlas Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 I 100% agree with this post. Anthony Lynn almost gave me an ulcer to end the game in regulation when he only took 1 shot to the end zone and thankfully Clay made the touchdown catch. Then we run that razzle dazzle play to Bush. The last thing we wanted to do was lose yards and make our shaky kicker try a longer fg. Lynn and our poor special team play and our awful defensive tackling made me sick.

Prickly Pete Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 (edited) Unless it worked. Nope. You are a fool. They didn't need a play that "worked", they needed a play that wasn't DESIGNED to take the ball to what would be out of field goal range, to hand it off. That was all they needed, but they dug into the play book to find one where they would hand the ball off 8 yards behind the line of scrimmage. Even a run straight into the line, stopped for a 2 yard loss would have be fine. Edited December 24, 2016 by HoF Watkins
