cale Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Don't look now...but Mularkey has an average Titans team playing with confidence. They do have solid QB play. But rest of team is questionable.
YoloinOhio Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 (edited) They were roundly mocked for sticking with Mularkey. Including by me because I thought they were just being cheap and boring and should have gone after mcdaniels. Mariota has been good this year, he's a franchise QB. Struggled today but vs a very good D, and pulled it out in the end. Edited December 19, 2016 by YoloinOhio
Maury Ballstein Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Henry and Murray ain't joking around. Both run hard.
cale Posted December 19, 2016 Author Posted December 19, 2016 Indeed. I should have mentioned the backs.
C.Biscuit97 Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 They have a franchise qb making it work with straight garbage at receiver. Must be nice.
Buffalo Boy Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 I still think he was the best coach we've had since Wade
cale Posted December 19, 2016 Author Posted December 19, 2016 Their receivers are definitely garbage.
C.Biscuit97 Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 I still think he was the best coach we've had since Wade That's like saying she's the least fat girl ive dated since Rosie O'Donnell.
T master Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Don't look now...but Mularkey has an average Titans team playing with confidence. They do have solid QB play. But rest of team is questionable. Well it all starts with the QB & if you took Mariotta, Winston, or a number of other QB's around the league this team would be a lot better !!
Offside Number 76 Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 (edited) I still think he was the best coach we've had since Wade Here are my thoughts on him from 11 years ago, after he blew a 20-point lead against the fins: http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/36607-mike-mularkey-general-knowledge-test/ Edited December 19, 2016 by Offside Number 76

jr1 Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 it always helps playing in a weak-ass division but he deserves props regardless
K D Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Just goes to show that you can win in this league when you have the quarterback in place. You have rookie JP Losman and you are going to lose games. Mularkey never had a chance here. Every 2 years we are kicking coaches to the curb because the quarterback situation has been a mess. Maybe it's not the coaches fault afterall
Maury Ballstein Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Their receivers are definitely garbage. But their qb isn't so he still throws it to them.
Buffalo Boy Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 That's like saying she's the least fat girl ive dated since Rosie O'Donnell. There is a difference between chubby and fat and what is pleasing to the touch isn't always pleasing to the eye.... He had a team that was sloppy but was starting to learn to win.... something Williams, Jerkron, Gailey and Ryan have never had. Coaches need to learn their craft too and I think he's coming along. I would tAke him in a heartbeat over this buffoon we have
aristocrat Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 very good run game. little bit better pass game than us. slightly worse defense.
nucci Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Mularkey's going for two and the lead late could've hurt him if they didn't hit that long winning FG. but it didn't
