flmike Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 I would be OK with Rex except for the total lack of team discipline (which plays into the injuries) and his defense which only worked a couple of years at NY. It asks too much of cornerbacks.

jeffismagic Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 the team is not 10-24 neither are really an issue . They need a qb and a couple of safeties. Correct. QB is the biggest issue followed by Safeties (We have the worst group in the NFL). Doesn't matter if you change the GM, coach, or marketing guy if you cannot get a QB. My answer is the same. Pegula should hire a QB guru. Spare no expense. Find the scout who had Derek Carr as his top QB or the one who had Russell Wilson as a top end talent and let that guy report to Whaley and Pegula. Once we get a real QB we can afford to not be perfect like 15 other teams.
papazoid Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 the biggest issues on this team are #1 - RT is the weakest starter by far. #2 - NT, we don't have one...both kyle and dareus are DE's in a 3-4.
brfith Posted December 19, 2016 Author Posted December 19, 2016 We can win with Tyrod, run and high % passes underneath if we have wideouts that can catch! With Sammy we are a different team, and a healthy Woods makes quite a difference as well.
