I think if we were to keep Lynn as OC/ assistant HC then we could bring Back Jim Schwarz as the HC. He could fix the defense even with the current personnel. Then we could pick up Mcloed FA safety from Arizona and go after De'Ondre Wesley G move Miller back to right tackle and hope Wood comes back OK. Also keep Groy for depth and back up C. Pay Gilmore and keep the secondary intact. Keep EJ and Cardell and then draft. In the draft Go: WR, Saftey, LB, WR, DL, OL, QB (Chad Kelly) Take Chad Kelly in the 7th round as a project. Bring in Jim Kelly as a QB coach to work with him. Start EJ as a placeholder. I think this team would win from moment one really run a lot and when Kelly is ready give him the reigns.
