it may not be ten years but if Pegula does decide to fire Ryan (and maybe the GM too) then it will be at least a couple more years while they rebuild (again).

Look at what the Steers did in the early 1970's, the Giants in the 1980's, the Cowboys in the 1990s; Knoll, Parcells, and Jimmy Johnson were either unknown or in Jimmy Johnson's case not NFL proven. The Cowboys story and drafting in the early 90's was amazing; just hire the right people. We have sucked at everything for 17 years - let's get bold, or we can just keep BSing and waiting for next year!
