jahbonas Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 Hughes has had no impact the last 5 weeks or so - any insight on his low productivity the last month?
Direhard Fan Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 Do you believe in magic? Team said be docile or we will fine you? He doesn't call the plays.
Dragonborn10 Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 Hard to make any impact from the DL when only rushing three. Rex has to go and this **** 3-4 base defense. Bring back the 4-3 and let KW and Dareus wreak havoc up the middle. It is the only way to beat top QB's.
BADOLBILZ Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 Hughes has had no impact the last 5 weeks or so - any insight on his low productivity the last month? Possibly the hand injury.
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 Defensive genius at work.... you can't tell but he's playing dominant football
Marty McFly Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 It could also be that they switched him from the Left side, that and the pass rush in general has been bad unless its been Kyle Williams and Marcel disrupting things in the middle
BringBackOrton Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 We should run him out of town. What does that mean? Do you have Pegulas phone number?
Wagon Circler Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 Bad season for Hughes. One of the big reasons for last few losses, no pass rush. I thought he was better than this.Lorasz has slowed down too,

Bring back the 4-3 and let KW and Dareus wreak havoc up the middle. It is the only way to beat top QB's. I have been thinking the same. Bring it up the middle all time. edge rushers will get there again. and move him back to his natural side
Dr.Sack Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 Because he can't use one of his hands he's trying to win with speed around the back edge. Because of that they are simply giving him the edge and blocking him till he's way past the QB.
John from Riverside Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 Because he can't use one of his hands he's trying to win with speed around the back edge. Because of that they are simply giving him the edge and blocking him till he's way past the QB. What will be interesting is if Albright gets in the game and has some success where he is not To me that will indicate he is playing with an injury
Mike in Horseheads Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 Do you believe in magic? Team said be docile or we will fine you? He doesn't call the plays. He was better off playing into his weekly personal foul.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 Bad season for Hughes. One of the big reasons for last few losses, no pass rush. I thought he was better than this.Lorasz has slowed down too, Teams have figured out our elaborate schemes. Schwartz was better.
papazoid Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 (edited) i'm no fan of hughes... but if i'm not mistaken, early part of season he was a league leader in QB pressures. lately, not so much. his signature impact is the tomahawk chop, strip, sack, fumble, td unfortunately he gets way more penalties than any of those. if he played for the hoodie in new England, his lack of discipline would get his azz cut, in buffalo he is rewarded with a massive 5 yr $45 mil deal. Leroi Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 Rex is busy rushing three and disguising blitz'. All the while the offense marches down the field. This D can't stop anyone. Our coaches are clueless. Imo
Captain_Quint Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 Last time I saw him have a good game was before the hand injury. No idea if thats 'where he went' or not. But since then, he hasnt been disruptive like in the past.
K D Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 I see him a few times a game...when he jumps offsides or gets a dumb personal foul
DallasBillsFan1 Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 But, he's always good fro at least two 15 yard penalty's, at the absolute worst time.
