erynthered Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 What was your nick name growing up? Or some of your buddies names Tommy two toes? Thumbs?
Alaska Darin Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 We called my buddy's mom "Ralph" - no idea why, her name was Judy. For a while she changed ethnic groups and became "Raoul." Ralph made a mean french toast - let me tell ya. Two other guys in the hood were related. One went by Kook and the other by Babsy. Again, no idea why but that's what they were forever known by. I called Kook "Munga".

Plus that idiot in vegas last week got me thinking, !@#$ing Gilligan
aussiew Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 I was "Buttercup". Had light blond hair and blue eyes.
CajunBillsBacker Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 I was actually called "buffalo" for my ongoing sporting of Bills merchandise every single day. some people in school never even knew my name, just knew me as "Buffalo".
IDBillzFan Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 The only nickname I ever had that ever stuck was Paco.
HopsGuy Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 Never had a nickname growing up. My intials are PD (HopsGuy is my confirmation name ), and a couple of years ago a friend (?) started calling me P-Diddy. I'm sorry to say that it has stuck. It's been shortened to Diddy, but that's what they call me. It's strictly because of my initials and has nothing to do with my ardent desire to sample old music for a hit that will make me rich.
IDBillzFan Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 Pugsley. 253457 Were you beat up a lot as a kid, Pugsley?

"Hey Uncle Zakk, check out this cool P-Diddy song." "That's fuggin' Led Zepplin, ass hole."
UConn James Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 My brother's Army buddies called him Diggler. What? His name is Dirk.
Thailog80 Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 Were you beat up a lot as a kid, Pugsley? 253460 Yeah I was a fat kid like Pugsley on the Addams family....hence the nickname.
TigerJ Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 I had a gym teacher who didn't believe in using real names. He called me Chauncey, a corruption of Jonesey
erynthered Posted February 26, 2005 Author Posted February 26, 2005 Yeah I was a fat kid like Pugsley on the Addams family....hence the nickname. 253464 With a name like that, you may have got into a couple of fistycuffs when you were a lad, eh?

kegtapr Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 My mom called me "sh-it for brains." I never got what she meant though.
