plenzmd1 Posted December 5, 2016 Posted December 5, 2016 Bad enough to keep being mediocre, but according to this we spent the 7th most CASH on players the last 4 years. Aye yi yi....count me in on thinking both teams would get better with an owner who spent money...shos brains is still the most important asset https://twitter.com/AndrewBrandt/status/805873451475017728
BillsFanForever19 Posted December 5, 2016 Posted December 5, 2016 So what? You tell me another way to entice players to pay New York taxes, play for an average team, and live in Buffalo when they could go to places like Miami and Los Angeles.
Chilly Posted December 5, 2016 Posted December 5, 2016 Teams higher than Buffalo: Miami Denver KC Philly GB Seattle

Learn to draft well, and create a winning environment that competes for titles. NFL teams are built from the draft, not free agency. Free agents are usually just pieces to building a winning team rather than being the foundation. We could acquire those pieces much cheaper if we were a soild franchise. You don't need to overlay for roles players like Clay. Guys like him are just part of the puzzle. We shouldn't overpay and wouldn't need to if we built a good foundation.
DriveFor1Outta5 Posted December 5, 2016 Posted December 5, 2016 Money is the least of anyone's concerns. Yeah Terry isn't stressed.
GA BILLS FAN Posted December 5, 2016 Posted December 5, 2016 Need a results based culture and hold EVERYONE accountable, not just GM and HC, translation CLEAN HOUSE
26CornerBlitz Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 @NFLPA NFL clubs are required to spend 89% of the cap in cash during a 4-year period. Here is how every team stacks up, per our updated numbers. @JaySkurski [bN] Blitz: Spending cash has not been the issue for the #Bills. They rank 7th in the NFL in 4-year spending average https://t.co/7slAvSlnnZ
Helpmenow Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 And their getting what? Think of all the playoff money that the franchise hasn't seen either
Helpmenow Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Time for ole whales to hit the bricks then. Pegula is getting boned on his return
1st Ammendment NoMas Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 New England is in the bottom five for spenders. This shows that regardless of the spend, it is the coaches and the system that create a winning culture. We could spend twice as much and Rex would screw it up. He's a below .500 coach and needs to be cut along with the rest of the front office. If we are going to spend $75m more than the Patriots, let's at least spend it on proper coaches, conditioning and training.

So the Pats are real cheap skates when it comes to actual cash money lol.

That's a completely different matter than the numbers reported by the NFLPA.

No. This shows that New England has the GOAT QB to build a roster around. This is very true, but also helped (IMO) by having the GOAT HC as well.

26CornerBlitz Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Put Brady in Buffalo with our coaches and system and he plays like a 6th round pick. If that's true, then how do any Bills' players excel?
