DC Tom Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Wtf was that. If they lose thats a Billsy way to lose There is no way that nobody gets screwed by that.
bobobonators Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 There is no way that nobody gets screwed by that. Haha 100% agree. I feel the refs made the "right" call by saying it was a TD.
KD in CA Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 I'm happy for OT because this is a highly entertaining game, but a tie would probably be the worst thing for the Bills.
bobobonators Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 What a great flex game for NFL. Enjoyable.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Not scoreless, but looks like we're headed to OT.
DC Tom Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Haha 100% agree. I feel the refs made the "right" call by saying it was a TD. I do too. But they should have let the clock run down to 0 before reviewing it. Had the review called it down at the 6-inch line, they would have gifted the Chiefs an extra play.

MDH Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Pretty sure if Kansas City wins this game the Dolphins move into the 6th seed in the AFC.
OhDozeBills Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Wouldn't a tie be good for Bills? It's one less win for both teams
Big C Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 (edited) What happens if tie? I mean with the probabilities. Edited November 28, 2016 by Big C
MDH Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Wouldn't a tie be good for Bills? It's one less win for both teams It's also one less conference loss for one of the teams. Not sure if it's helpful or not overall.
fridge Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 A tie sounds bad for us initially, but... If they tie tonight and each team were to lose next week while we win, we would be only a half game back. From there on out, we would need to just win one more than either team to be ahead in the standings.
bobobonators Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Only postive i can think of a tie is that these teams may not win more than 2 games this season with their schedules. So they both have a solid shot of winning no more than 9 games. Only brightside of a tie imo

So they both have a solid shot of winning no more than 9 games. Only brightside of a tie imo Without trying to do the math (it's late!), I've got to think this is the correct way of looking at it.
KD in CA Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 (edited) What happens if tie? I mean with the probabilities. I was thinking a game and a half behind both of them was bad, but if the Bills are going to lose the tiebreakers anyway they might as well have the tie to keep both teams in sight. bobobonators Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 So do I root for a tie I think the answer to that is we dont know yet. If they tie and go 2-3 the rest of the way (which is really possible with their schedules) then they finish 9-6-1. If we go 10-6 we leapfrog both of them. But if either finishes with 10 wins they would be 10-5-1 and have a better w/l %
