Talley56 Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 Typically I can just say a win is a win with just about any lackluster win. But when you add in the fact that we needed favorable officiating to barely beat Jacksonville that just makes it hard to be excited. But, hey, we are still alive for at least one more week.

Bad calls went both ways.

It's not as if the Jags are some talentless team. They hang in there against most of their opponents.

CSBill Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 (edited) @TBNSports Defense strong again as Hunter's TD lifts #Bills to ugly win. @NickVeronica's quarterly analysis at [bN] Blitz: http://ebx.sh/2fCemSZ "Defense strong" . . . what game was he watching? When all is said and done, this team's problem is a very inconsistent defense. Edited November 27, 2016 by CSBill

26CornerBlitz Posted November 27, 2016 Author Posted November 27, 2016 "Defense strong" . . . what game was he watching? When all is said and done, this team's problem is a very inconsistent defense. They gave up 301 total yards and 21 points. Not bad at all.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 27, 2016 Author Posted November 27, 2016 NFL.com: Playoff Hopes Renewed They're not dead yet! With just five weeks to go in the 2016 regular season, New Orleans and Buffalo are making their final playoff pushes, the latter avoiding catastrophe in the process. Buffalo Bills 28, Jacksonville Jaguars 211. The Bills came into the game leading the NFL in rushing yards per game, yards per carry, rushing scores and 10-yard runs. With 154 rushing yards on 5.3 YPC and three rushing scores, there's a very good chance Buffalo will continue to be atop the league in those categories. After just 25 rushing yards in the first half (63 overall), LeSean McCoy's career-best 75-yard touchdown run on the first play of the second half reignited the offense. Give credit to the Jaguars here though: They only gave up one other 10-yard rush besides that long McCoy sprint the entire game.
jethro_tull Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 I don't see them winning the next two. if they play like they did in seattle they can beat anyone on the remaining schedule
Dorkington Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 How so? Bad QB play, and the Jags got screwed a few times at the end (missed PI call, missed horsecollar, etc)
metzelaars_lives Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 I have decided that Tyrod Taylor is a surprisingly effective QB for not being a good QB. I have supported him more than most but dude you gotta throw the football. But yet somehow, they still end up with 28 points and remain one of the highest scoring teams in the league. I don't know.
