Marty McFly Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Your employer's worst nightmare is up again for this year... http://www.espn.com/nfl/playoffs/machine edit: it's a bit buggy right now Those things rule. Our WC chances are in our own control for now. Win out and get in. go 5-1 (L to either Pitt or Oak) and get in as long as Ravens and Broncos lose out.
GunnerBill Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 I'm struggling to find 10-6 scenarios where we don't make it somehow. To confirm 9-7 has almost no chance.
Saxum Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 I'm struggling to find 10-6 scenarios where we don't make it somehow. To confirm 9-7 has almost no chance. There are many scenarios - if Broncos beat P*ts and get to 10-6 and Raiders win remaining games other than Bills then we could end up with scenario with 3 teams from AFCW.
GunnerBill Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 There are many scenarios - if Broncos beat P*ts and get to 10-6 and Raiders win remaining games other than Bills then we could end up with scenario with 3 teams from AFCW. In your scenario the Bills go to 10-6 dropping a game that isn't Oakland.... but Oakland win the rest. Oakland ends up 13-3 and the 2nd seed. If the Bills, Denver and Kansas City then end up 10-6 in that scenario the Bills are in and the team in 3rd place in the AFC West are out. In fact if Oakland end up 13-3 but with a loss to the Bills then it would take a very odd combination of results to keep the Bills out at 10-6. The one way the Bills definitely miss out when finishing 10-6 is with the loss being the Dolphins and the Dolphins also being 10-6. 10-6 would very likely do it. Still think 9-7 is more likely though.
LI_Bills Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 Unconfirmed but my 10 year old claims to have gotten the Bills to the top seed.
Saxum Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 Not possible with NFL Playoff Predictor since you can only choose weeks 13-17.
KD in CA Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 I just want to see the one that says Bills have a 27.3% chance to make the playoffs so I can watch it dwindle down week after week.
SF Bills Fan Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 10-6 with us losing to Raiders, but most of the other games going in the likeliest scenario (winning percentage or the home team winning), has the Bills in. I still think that 10-6 is a stretch for us. Both Pitt and Miami will be very tough games.
