MDH Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 @MatthewFairburn Rex Ryan hopes Sammy Watkins can return for Buffalo Bills in Week 12: http://trib.al/b9SwI5l Even if he comes back this week I can't imagine him contributing that much after having a serious foot injury for so long. What kind of shape can he possibly be in?

What kind of shape can he possibly be in? He is a world class athlete in his early 20's. Watkins also plays a position Where 10-15 snaps can make a huge impression. Think about what Harvin did 3 years ago in the Super Bowl after being out all season. Edited November 22, 2016 by atlbillsfan1975
Beef Jerky Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 Even if he comes back this week I can't imagine him contributing that much after having a serious foot injury for so long. What kind of shape can he possibly be in? So in other words he can be the usual decoy?
Sanjosebillsfan Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 Hackett is the Jags Offensive Coordinator. This game should be a piece of cake for Bills to win. Gus Bradley is on the chopping block.
Big Turk Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 He is a word class athlete in his early 20's. Watkins also plays a position Where 10-15 snaps can make a huge impression. Think about what Harvin did 3 years ago in the Super Bowl after being out all season. Or TO in the super bowl with the Eagles in the famous "I wasn't the one throwing up all game" game
MDH Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 So in other words he can be the usual decoy? Sure didn't look like a decoy to me when they actually started throwing him the ball in the 2nd half of last year.

Miyagi-Do Karate Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 By the way, you guys know this game is going to be a nail biter? I will feel more confident going into Oakland, than I do playing the Jags-- these are always the types of games where we lay eggs.

eball Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 Holy cow, CBS is giving the Bills their preseason announcing team. That's funny.
CodeMonkey Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 Holy cow, CBS is giving the Bills their preseason announcing team. That's funny. For Bills/Jags, yeah. Surprised they didn't grab a couple college interns to do it

CodeMonkey Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 I'd rather have a game with no announcers. Did they ever try that with football? I remember they did with hockey, all you heard was the ambient stadium noise. I really enjoyed it, but most people prefer hearing their homer announcers.

eball Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 NBC tried it before for a Jets vs. Dolphins game. Yeah, back in the 80s I think? I'd bet they could do a much better job with it now, given all of the technology advances.
