26CornerBlitz Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Watkins to begin practicing today; Sunday status to be determined With Watkins being designated Buffalo’s one player to return from injured reserve to play it effectively ends the 2016 season for other I-R candidates who would’ve also be able to return to play like S Colt Anderson and S Aaron Williams.
Doc Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Harvin, Goodwin, Hunter, and Tate. If he's ready they should play him this game. Nope, save him. If they can't beat Jax even with those WRs, their season is over.
BringBackFergy Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 1. I'm pretty sure he called Gugny, Country Cletus and I gay... He doesn't filter himself on here, I've told him that. Hes one of the nicest guys you could imagine. He stacks up there with Beerball, Gugny, countrycletus, Rockpile and RosenRosenRosen 2. No, not at all. The thing is it has to actually be funny for you to laugh. Most people aren't funny. They're only funny in their attempts and failures. Let Mrags rest in peace...on the beach.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Nope, save him. If they can't beat Jax even with those WRs, their season is over. If they don't take their best shot and they wind up with a loss there's no point in him taking the field at all for the rest of this season. If he's ready, he plays.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Well, apparently, the only reason NOT to call people names to their faces is fear of getting beat up. But since mrags is big and strong it's ok. You seem to be an angry person.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 @SalSports So Sammy Watkins and Jack Eichel both return to practice on same day? Which of you Buffalo sports fans sold your soul to the Devil for this?
K-9 Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Tough decision. If we activate Sammy then who do we send to IR to take his place? It's gotta be Shaq Lawson because he was the player previously activated from IR and the rule states that if you activate another player from IR, the originally activated player from IR (Lawson), has to return to IR for as long as the second player (Watkins) remains active. It's an obscure rule, but it makes sense when you think about it.

Honestly, I think it was rather reckless (rogue?) to roll the dice on bringing back Sammy at the expense of Lawson who was looking good these past few weeks.

I think it's rather coldhearted to designate Sammy to return but then have to wait (hope) for another player to get injured to take his spot on IR. What kind of league allows this to happen?

26CornerBlitz Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 @SalSports One of issues w/type of injury Sammy had is injuring other foot due to more pressure on it. Told Bills stayed diligent about checking that ...and that has not been an issue with him. That was one of the hurdles he had to clear throughout process.

Doc The problem is another loss and the season is probably over That jags game is a must win But if we can WIN......we are nearly all the way up to health with both our best O and D players back Sammy Percy Woods Edited November 23, 2016 by John from Hemet
26CornerBlitz Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Official: Watkins designated to return The Bills today issued the formality that the team has cleared WR Sammy Watkins to return to practice. Though he remains on injured reserve he has been designated as their player to return.
PromoTheRobot Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Doc The problem is another loss and the season is probably over That jags game is a must win But if we can WIN......we are nearly all the way up to health with both our best O and D players back Sammy Percy Woods Duh, every game is must win now. But we need him more for OAK and PIT.
John from Riverside Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Duh, every game is must win now. But we need him more for OAK and PIT. I realize that I dont want to ruin him.....but he had no structural damage when we actually shut him down......which means he was in pain but not injured. So....he might actually be feeling pretty good...
