The Poojer Posted November 17, 2016 Author Posted November 17, 2016 apparently our brain waves are pretty connected, we posted at almost the exact same time Congratulations to Cyrus Kouandjio on becoming a US Citizen. Now on to becoming an All Pro.
bmur66 Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 Good for him. It's great to see someone do it the right way.
TakeYouToTasker Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 Fantastic. Proud to count him amongst us, especially since he wasn't gifted this privilege by birth, but rather decided it was something he truly wanted, and worked to obtain it. Individuals who do this make us better as a nation.
MAJBobby Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 Good for him. It's great to see someone do it the right way. So many people do it the "right way" whatever that means
Andrew Son Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 (edited) Congrats to him! Edited November 17, 2016 by SWATeam

MAJBobby Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 The legal way. And that is?? Because we have such a clear immigration Policy
TakeYouToTasker Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 (edited) And that is?? Because we have such a clear immigration Policy We have an exceptionally clear immigration policy; the only objections to it are political. Edited November 17, 2016 by TakeYouToTasker
MAJBobby Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 We have an exceptionally clear immigration policy. We do?? Ok let me guess never used it.
TakeYouToTasker Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 (edited) We do?? Ok let me guess never used it. Incorrect. Don't get me wrong, there are portions of our system that need to be fixed, and there are some major issues, which I address here. Edited November 17, 2016 by TakeYouToTasker
MAJBobby Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 Incorrect. Ok will take your word for it. I know I have used it now 3 times. I even had to send my wife home, because she would have overstayed her visa because our great government lost all her Green Card information and could not get it done in time. I am very qualified to talk of this subject from my point of view. Either way Congrats Cyrus
Saxum Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 (edited) Wonder how the judge would react if he refused to stand for pledge. Some outside this country value more than some inside - let us swap! Congratulations to him however; my wife is a naturalized US citizen. Edited November 17, 2016 by Koolaid

My point wasn't that the system isn't unwieldy, or often unworkable (that's to be expected from government institutions in my opinion); my point was that the policy itself is clear.
