boyst Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 None of it means anything man. Chest-thumping about nailing prom queens means even less. And is a lame ripoff of Sean Connery in the Rock. All but one team that makes the playoffs eventually loses in them. Doesn't make getting into them worse than not getting into them. Your mileage may vary. you get good teams in there, true contenders. Last year new England and Denver. You get pretenders like arising and Carolina. You get teams who just don't belong like KC and Seattle. And which movie was that? The one where he is an general turned inmate and overthrows the warden?
John from Riverside Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 Don't hate me for being right. Hate yourself for being wrong First the season is not over second If your patting yourself on the back for taking the glass is half empty version week in and week out....that says something bad about you then it does about anyone else.......

It's the one where terrorists take over Alcatraz. Sean and Nic Cage have to save the day. Good movie, which was pitched as "Die Hard on Alcatraz."
John from Riverside Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 Still 7 games left to be played Lets see how it plays out

Bangarang Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 We were pretty much toast even before today's games.
jumbalaya Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 not in contention after nine games. this franchise is a sack of s***
KGUNBILLS Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 What sucks the most is that there was a lot of hope before the Miami meltdown started. Somehow I knew that Miami was going to be the turning point.
SF Bills Fan Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 So lame- both of those teams should have lost too. Chiefs have to have the highest percentage of "lucky"wins of any team over the years.

Bangarang Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 Can we still be on the CBS "in the hunt" screen shot? Of course. It gives Bills fans this false sense of hope when they see the graphic of us still being in the hunt. Usually, it's shortly after Thanksgiving where reality starts to sink in and we can start focusing on the draft while other teams are getting ready for a playoff run. A Bills tradition like no other. Unfortunately, we won't have the added excitement of a new coaching search. We'll be waiting until next year for that one.
GG Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 Maybe the Bills deserve to have a fan base that calls it quits in mid season. The question, as always, "Why bother to care and waste fall Sundays when you clearly know how it's going to end?" Pick a hobby. Learn something new. Why subject yourself to torture when you know you're going to get heartbroken?
QB Bills Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 Not necessarily a bad thing that Denver or kc won. Sucks that they both did. We need one of them to win the division, not Oakland. We only play the raiders and winning that game gives us an edge that we wouldn't have over the other two teams. Just have to hope the Bills get hot and everything comes together. We're almost surely not going to the postseason but the Monday nighter gave me the slightest bit of hope that maybe the team is finally gelling. If this team had any decent safeties on the roster, we would have won at least two more games if not more. That has been the difference, in my opinion.
zevo Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 Two ways for this to go for me...lose and get a better draft pick or watch Tyrod grow from the Seattle game....I'm interested in the latter....I'm hoping for the latter
Pbomb Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 I thought beating nfc teams hurt your playoff chances
PromoTheRobot Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 No you don't. He's rubbing one out while he breaks it to you.
Nitro Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 Easiest schedule the rest of the way. Need to make a serious run and doubt the team has it in them. Injuries to key players and some (Gilmore) are having bad years. I will take a wait and see approach. Beat the Bengals and go from there.
