26TrapDraw Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 We blew a couple of games we should of won. Now it's time to win a game we're not expected to. If this team is to even sniff the panties of the playoffs.
r00tabaga Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 If we do win can we at least not say it was because Seattle was banged up?
NoSaint Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 If we do win can we at least not say it was because Seattle was banged up? depends how big their injuries play. if its clear wilson is hobbling around with a walker out there, etc.... well, im less likely to get excited than if we go out and beat a team that looks to be playing to their potential. a win is a win though, and ill take it either way.
mikemac2001 Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 (edited) Cowboys game made some money Browns game was very upset f the guy dressed as chewbacca Pats game hole in the wall Pats game kicked out of my buddies bar I'll be in Seattle tonight so maybe something good will happen Edited November 7, 2016 by mikemac2001
Seasons1992 Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 I don't think we were on MNF between 2001 and the Dallas game. Or, at least at HOME for one. I have done zero research on this....
bobobonators Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 Any road win vs a contending team is an impressive win in my opinion. Despite their struggles the Hawks still have a winning record.
dpberr Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 I remember that 2007 game because 1) the Bills ran out a unique defense for the first half of that game that really confused Romo and 2) RWS lost its mind when George Wilson had the INT.
Wildcard Weekend Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 (edited) Wasn't that 2009 game vs the Pats the one where McKelvin had a critical fumble? We were up by 11 with 5 minutes left to play when Jauron got really conservative. Pro Football Reference ranked Pats odds of winning at 1.8% with 5 min left http://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/200909140nwe.htm I also remember being furious that the refs let 2 Patriots hold up McKelvin for an eternity after his forward progress was stopped. The whistle should have been blown. Edited November 7, 2016 by Wildcard Weekend
r00tabaga Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 We were up by 11 with 5 minutes left to play when Jauron got really conservative. Pro Football Reference ranked our odds of winning at 99.06% with 55 sec left http://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/200909140nwe.htm I also remember being furious that the refs let 2 Patriots hold up McKelvin for an eternity after his forward progress was stopped. The whistle should have been blown. Omg, that was the worst. That still stings a little. 😩
quinnearlysghost88 Posted November 7, 2016 Author Posted November 7, 2016 Can we get a record going back to 2000? Just one other Dec. 11, 2000: Bills 20 at Colts 44 (L)this one was crazy as well. Colts 14 points scored by defense. 9-6 at halftime?! Colts score 44 points, Manning throws 132 yds no TDs, we are sacked NINE TIMES!
The Wiz Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 I also remember being furious that the refs let 2 Patriots hold up McKelvin for an eternity after his forward progress was stopped. The whistle should have been blown. I also remember that happening against the Ravens in OT one year. The TE was basically held up long enough for them to strip the ball. Either David or Shawn Nelson.
BillsPride12 Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 Sal just mentioned the bills historical record on MNF is 17-24 Mind Blown....that's way better than what I thought it'd be
Houston's #1 Bills Fan Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 Wasn't that 2009 game vs the Pats the one where McKelvin had a critical fumble? Oh the HORROR.....the HORROR!!!! Those Jauron teams really knew how to play an exciting game... Somewhere, he's smiling................................................................................or not
Best Player Available Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 I would go as far as to say it's likely we win. Dareus out is the one thing holding us back b/c if they run on us we will lose. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk They will run. They lost last week on the road. Their pissed. Wilson has a banged up knee which gives the Bills hope. Sent from my IBM 286 using dial up
fridge Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 Sent from my IBM 286 using dial up Thank you for this.
MDH Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 that dallas game... every time i see it mentioned.... i remember watching with a dallas fan that thought it was over. "how could they mess this up???" he wondered aloud about the bills. "just wait" i told him. One of the most painful games to watch in the past 20 years and that's saying something as a Bills' fan.
Nick the Greek Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 I was at that Browns game. Lindell.. wide right.
