grinreaper
Obviously there is a fairly good chance that Hillary ends up as our president. Many will rejoice and be proud that we've come so far and have elected the first woman president. Women will hail it as a milestone and liberals will feel a "tingle up their legs". Great, eh? Not so fast. How many people were dancing in the streets 8 years ago when we elected the first black president? How has that worked out? Many were so interested in proving that we as a nation had come so far that they failed to see past "Hope and Change" and judge the man on his political beliefs and character. The last eight years have been a disaster with the worst examples of foreign and domestic policies. So, we now get to decide if this election gets decided based on gender. I, as a man would love to see a woman president. Just not this woman. I strongly disagree with her war mongering foreign policies and convoluted domestic views. That doesn't disqualify her though. Her utter corruptness and disdain for anyone not in her inner circle makes her totally unacceptable to lead this nation. We have just had 8 years of a disastrous black president. Let me be clear, he was disastrous not because he is/was black but because he was totally nonqualified by his lack of experience and paucity of character. Do we really want to elect the first female president and have her likely to be impeached? Obama has set back race relations, something that seemed unfathomable 8 years ago. What do you think Hillary will set back?
Azalin
I dream of a day when a leader will not be selected by their gender or the color of their skin, but by the content of their character and their ability to lead.

frostbitmic
The obvious answer would be both. Next we'll have a billionaire who doesn't pay taxes and has gone bankrupt a few times vs a woman who might be best to let her husband fix the economy because he did that decently while he sat at his desk with a bimbo at his lap. Bill didn't fix shi t. If it weren't for Bill Gates' lack of foresight that created the Y2K bug, his "economic miracle" never would have happened. It would have taken another few years for the Intarwebs to start thriving.
