LINEBACKER: Lorenzo Alexander, Buffalo Bills
The 33-year-old former special teams ace has been a revelation this year, leading the league with nine sacks at midseason (the Bills' Week 8 loss to the Patriots was his first game without at least half a sack to his credit). In Week 5 against the Rams, he had a three-sack day.

Campbell is not a tackle and no Team is complete without Kyle.

Doug is a scout at heart, just ask him. He's good at that.

Doesn't have the IQ to be the overall manager of the team.

Isn't that his job at heart, to scout and land talent through FA and the draft, all while balancing the cap? Absent the QB position (but I find it a little tough to fault him there, since we've never really had the chance to draft a sure fire one early) I'd say he's done a decent job on stocking the talent pool, but that may just be my opinion.
