YoloinOhio Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 (edited) Per WGR - Ed Werder report Edited November 1, 2016 by YoloinOhio
MAJBobby Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 (edited) It would be smart. If they are not planning on re-signing him, see if you can get better than the compensatory 3rd Eagles interested. Makes sense with Schwartz Edited November 1, 2016 by MAJBobby
reddogblitz Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 With Rex wanting to "build a bully" and play hard nosed physical defense, it's hard to figure how a guy who runs from contact would fit in.
YoloinOhio Posted November 1, 2016 Author Posted November 1, 2016 (edited) But I see nothing on twitter yet. Other than a rumor the Eagles traded a conditional 4th for him. But not a real source Edited November 1, 2016 by YoloinOhio
Reed83HOF Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 3 way trade. Smith to Eagles, Smith for Gilmore But I see nothing on twitter yet. Â This could be why he took all mention of the bills of of twitter and instagram
GG Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 With Rex wanting to "build a bully" and play hard nosed physical defense, it's hard to figure how a guy who runs from contact would fit in. Â In August Robey was on WGR and was talking how he loved to be physical and blitz the QB, and then added that there were some DBs on the roster who hated to blitz, which seemed odd to the WGR crew. Â I think we're piecing the puzzle
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 I am guessing this would be for a pick-- probably like a 4th or 5th rounder.
YoloinOhio Posted November 1, 2016 Author Posted November 1, 2016 @kevinmassare According to @Edwerderespn the Eagles are interested in Gilmore.
GG Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 Now there appears to be a lot of quality CBs on the market, including the Browns' tandem. Not a good time to be sellers.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 If the Bills are ready to do this, they must really be happy with the ascension of Seymour.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 Now there appears to be a lot of quality CBs on the market, including the Browns' tandem. Not a good time to be sellers. Â Browns apparently have both Haden and Williams available.
plenzmd1 Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 So i have just been thinking Gilmore has no clue how to tackle, always gets hurt when he does, and he has been avoiding contact for that reason in a contract year. Can't see that changing with the Eagles unless they give him extension.
MAJBobby Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 (edited) Should sell anyone on 1 year contract you might not be able to, or dont want to re-sign. (Woods, Brown, Alexander come to mind) Edited November 1, 2016 by MAJBobby
