Cugalabanza Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 I blame the robot that was doing the surgery. Sounds like a synopsis for a particularly bad episode of season 3 of Westworld, long after JJ Abrams has jumped ship and the writers have given up.

Saxum Posted November 3, 2016 Posted November 3, 2016 This is why the Japanese test things on home market first - it is much easier to test and settle lawsuits in Japan and most companies will test in Japan first for 5-10 years first to get bugs out with notable exception being Toshiba who tests there bugs in motherboards in foreign markets first and just keeps renaming board.
