dayman Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Karlos needs to drop a few lbs and come back home. It's that simple.
Manther Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 I don't want either. But, would prefer Spiller over Bush.
boyst Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Karlos needs to drop a few lbs and come back home. It's that simple. signed by steelers. Not sure if Ps or active
Webster Guy Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 i would have loved to see CJ get all the carries against the Rams with those gaping holes upfront. That's a 200 yard game all day they way our Oline was rolling. Little known fact: In the 2010 draft when we took C.J. at 9, Jerry Hughes went 31st to the Colts. The correct pick was probably Pouncey or JPP instead of C.J., but he did give us one really great year. (6 yard per carry average on 200+ touches, I dare you to find better numbers)
NoSaint Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 HA. Id probably rather keep Bush. At least he knows the offense. That's the real issue. CJ is familiar to us, not the coaches
Nick the Greek Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 If only we get Chan back as the OC because he knew how to use old CJ.
NoSaint Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 If only we get Chan back as the OC because he knew how to use old CJ. I was just thinking we should swap coordinators again to get the winning back
Haslett_Stomp Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 given our situation at WR, sign him and try him in the slot.
That's No Moon Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 is there a shorter answer I can give than no?
Gugny Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 Mr. Ags wants him. I agree with Mr. Ags. Mr. Ags should stay.
apuszczalowski Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 signed by steelers. Not sure if Ps or active PS IIRC
Nuncha Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 CJ Spiller actually was effective in Seattle, he just didn't get many touches, but when he did they were mostly good. He played in 2 games for them, and here is what he did: Game 1: 2 carries for 12 yards plus 2 receptions with a TD. So he touched the ball just 4 times, and scored. Game 2: 1 carry, -3 yards but had 3 catches for 38 yards. And that was with him just signing and not knowing the playbook or the offense. Now look at Reggie: In 7 games, and this was with him being here through training camp too, here is his total production. 7 carries for 6 yards. Spiller beat his season long total on his first 2 carries in Seattle. 1 reception for 13 yards. Spiller grossly did more here in his first 2 games with 5 catches and a TD for 45 yards. 1 one yard TD run this past week. Spiller and him each have one TD but Spiller did it in 2 games and not knowing the offense and it took Bush 7 games to get a 1 yard score that had more to do with our OL than him. I would say its safe to say it might be worth looking at Spiller over Bush. However, that being said another poster said something i think makes much more sense than either Bush or Spiller...lets get J Will more involved instead and maybe look at poaching Karlos Williams back off the Pitt practice squad assuming he is still there which I have no idea if he is. They both suck.......

quinnearlysghost88 Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 we need to match new england's small slot WRs with our own. Whaley needs to swallow his pride and go out and get Roscoe Parrish back.
