So, his two years out of football and attitude problems are going to continue to cost him -- no matter how much damage control he and his agent provide leading up to the draft.

willis blew out his knee and still got drafted in the first round.........not many thought that would happen, but it just goes to show you never know with question mark type players like clarett.......

Clarett, even with all the baggage, may be a very good choice as a back-up to Willis. That is an interesting choice. Shaud Williams is a nice change of pace and maybe 3rd down back in spots but he is not a solid #2 if your #1 goes down. Clarett has talent and we would not need to rely on him.

Clarett is a real head case and would prove to be nothing but a Randy Moss distraction. He played less than one year in college and has not had contact in 2 years. His only talent is to only think about himself.

Other than your second sentence, you've accurately described at least 50% of the pro athletes out there. As for your second sentence- fresh legs!

That said, drafting Clarett would not be a good move for the Bills. If the Bills drafted him about 10 seconds later every sports reporter in the land would be hounding McGahee for a quote to see what he thinks about the pick, just as they did Henry when Willis was drafted. The Bledsoe gone/JP starting distraction is enough, we don't need another one next season.
