He went vegan a few years ago, never was he same RB after it. Many other factors could have played into it but I think everyone should have a nice fat burger now and then.

actually he never went totally vegan, he says he still eats meat and fish occasionally, and never was the same RB after it. Maybe the fat burgers made him unhealthy.

nope, eating all foods is optimal, eliminating one is stupid. A bunch of fighters tried this a few yrs ago and it wasn't long before they floundered. Meat is superior for building muscle, always has been always will be.
