Miami QB Ryan Tannehill was not sacked and only hurried on 6 of 32 pass attemps against Pittsburgh. He credits this to having his starting Oline in tack and playing together for the 1st time this season.

While the OL has a lot to do with their offensive success yesterday, the Steelers have no pass rush on most weeks and even less yesterday as they were missing two of the best players on the front 7, Cam Heyward and Ryan Shazier.

Miami has assembled a pretty good O-line. This will be a challenging week for the D. On the other side, Miami's run D is ranked 31st...

If the dolphins' OLine is using adhesive/tack to their advantage, we should probably bring that to the league's attention before Sunday.

They cut two starters less than a week ago.

Starters or players that were starting because others were out? I'm honestly asking since I don't know who their linemen are.

The Steelers have been winning with offense for a couple of years now. Their historically great D is no more. They have some good players but not enough to dominate. Unless injuries or bad officiating happen, the Bills should do much better against the fish.

A question for the experts on the board: Last season, when the Bills were racking up double-digit quantities of penalties for 100+ yards per game, the narrative in some places was that officials would be on the lookout for Ryan and his chaotic team and that they would call games a lot more tightly due to a negative reputation. With Rex's "lower-key" approach and the Bills getting called less frequently (relatively speaking), will officials tend to give the Bills the benefit of the doubt on close calls?

That's immaterial, IMO.

Billy Turner started 12 games last year.

Dallas Thomas started all 16.

And how many games did urbik or mulligan start for the Bills?

It's definitely material when you're talking about players starting that are crap players.

This will be the best OL MIA has fielded against a Buffalo Bills Team. Also will be the first time that their starters will ever play against Bills.

RT - James

RG - Bushrod

C - Pouncy

LG - Tunsil

LT - Albert

Key is exposing that Right side.

No, IMO, most penalties were on special teams last year. Those can be attributed to better special teams coaching and getting people not to block in the back.

Buffalo had 143 accepted penalties against them last year or about 9 a game for about 78 yards a game.

Right now we have 43 penalties against them in 6 games or about 7 a game for about 69 yards a game

I think you guys have little to worry about here. I think it was more a lack of a true pass rush than great O line play.

You guys get a break with Roethlisberger out next week.

See you in Week 8!

In response to "they've assembled a pretty good line" it's totally relevant. They have not. Or, relative to last week and this thread in general, there is no evidence that they have.

And the fact that they JUST ushered out a line that went through a 40% overhaul over the past week suggests there's no evidence that "they've assembled a pretty good line."

They had a number of preseason injuries to their OL, and this was the first week all of their original starters were healthy. Whether that'll translate to a good OL or not remains to be seen, but there's a reason why they've had so many changes.

The fans consistently complain about their line on their board for what it's worth.

But so do we so I guess that isn't worth much.
