eball Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 I bet he only misses one game -- the Pats*** this week. Then the Steelers have their bye, and I'd be shocked if he doesn't return to play the Ravens.

26CornerBlitz Posted October 18, 2016 Author Posted October 18, 2016 @AKinkhabwala Ben Roethlisberger is officially OUT Sunday vs Patriots. So is DE Cam Heyward. Two of the Steelers captains, incidentally.

26CornerBlitz Posted October 19, 2016 Author Posted October 19, 2016 @ESPNNFL Ben Roethlisberger could miss four to six weeks after having surgery for a torn meniscus in his left knee. (via @mortreport)
Bleeding Bills Blue Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Landry and Mettenberger. There's talent there, but i just see INTs.
Dorkington Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 If we make the playoffs this year, is there an asterisk because Brady and Ben missed time?
eball Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 If we make the playoffs this year, is there an asterisk because Brady and Ben missed time? Yes, but it's called a kiss-my-asterisk.
PatsFanNH Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 If we make the playoffs this year, is there an asterisk because Brady and Ben missed time? Well since both their teams probably still be division winners insay no 😆 Sorry was just waaaay to easy.. 😜
taglientep Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Even if its 6-8 weeks we play them after he is back.
eball Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Even if its 6-8 weeks we play them after he is back. 12/11 is seven weeks from this Sunday; I don't think anyone can make a definitive assessment at this time.
BuffaloBaumer Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 (edited) At the very least, he'll be rusty when he comes to the Ralph It's 4- 6 weeks now Edited October 19, 2016 by BuffaloBaumer
Bob in Mich Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Pain is a very individual thing but Roethlisberger has proven in the past to be pretty tough. I expect he will play after their bye week, unless the doctor repaired the meniscus versus just cutting away and smoothing the rough edges.
YoloinOhio Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Ross Tucker tweeted that the Steelers should trade for Fitz
26CornerBlitz Posted October 19, 2016 Author Posted October 19, 2016 Check out Big Ben's home vs. road splits and you'll see a tale of two QBs. One excellent and the other not so much.
Chuck Wagon Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Flacco is hurt too now, the Ravens are a mash unit. We could see two division winners at 8-8 or worse in the AFC this year. IF we miss the playoffs at 9-7 and 2 division winners are 8-8 I think I officially quit following the NFL.

Harbaugh: "I believe he has a legitimate chance to play." @Ravens Flacco on his shoulder issue: "It's nothing to worry about." Edited October 19, 2016 by 26CornerBlitz
