Fixxxer Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 That one pass play to OLeary was a really great call, and execution. The rolling pocket worked perfect. The OL was outside of the hash marks and lined up all in a row with no rush on TT. O'Leary made as much out of it as he could IMO. I didn't think that was by design, will have to watch it again, big play in the game, though. Clay had another key third down play in the fourth QTR.
Kelly the Dog Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 I didn't think that was by design, will have to watch it again, big play in the game, though. Clay had another key third down play in the fourth QTR. I only saw it once, too. But it seemed like the entire offensive line rolled to the right and set up in a row perfectly. TT sat back and then threw it across the field to OLeary on the run going the opposite way. I'm not sure how that could not have been planned.
EmotionallyUnstable Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 So happy for this kid. Love his blocking. Love his attitude. Love his story. Did you know he is Jack's Grandson? I am excited to continue to watch him prove
Coach Tuesday Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 He does not drop the ball. He runs his routes right. He's a willing and improving blocker. He's faster than Lee Smith.
The Dean Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 So happy for this kid. Love his blocking. Love his attitude. Love his story. Did you know he is Jack's Grandson? I am excited to continue to watch him prove Jack Nicholson? Hadn't heard that.

Kelly the Dog Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 Jack Nicholson? Hadn't heard that. Yeah, right. I think it's a hoax. Like Fitz being from Harvard.
Augie Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 He's gone from odd man out (and well deserved) to stepping up and being the guy I hoped he would be. Go figure.....
buffaloboyinATL Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 Wasnt he voted best TE in college his senior yr? Hes got to have some talentYes, there were many of us that expected him to perform like this's hen he got the opportunity.
Augie Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 Do you know his other grandfather is NOT Jack Nicklaus?
ganesh Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 He is working his way up to "decent". If TT does not throw the ball high, it is a TD catch.
Green Lightning Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 Just another example of this team getting contributions from places you don't expect. Kinda like the Pats get all the time. I think you have to give DW and these coaches some credit here.
Marty McFly Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 Thats a good one! He def makes plays when we need him to. REALLY good to see Tyrod spreading the ball around more! No gloves O'Leary.....Gonna start calling him NoGLo
Cover 1 Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 His run blocking has been fun to watch. Felton has got a lot of the attention but Nick's flattened a couple of dudes this year in limited action. Totally agree!!! His blocking gotten better by the week. He had a decent block on Shady's TD. https://twitter.com/Cover1Bills/status/787713767715049472
Chandler#81 Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 So great to see his growth. A TE combo of he & Clay is as good as it gets compared to NE's pair. Given what I consider a glaring deficiency at WR, I'd love to see this become a staple of the O.
26CornerBlitz Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 @RQUINN619 Nick O'Leary quietly carving out a niche in Bills resurgent run game https://t.co/EezZIGwCYd
eball Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 "Doesn't wear gloves" is the new "wears a wedding ring." And "Jack's grandson" is the new "went to Harvard."
Dorkington Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 O'Leary seems to mix well with Clay, and probably works better in 'heavy' sets. That being said, I like Gragg more as Clay's 'backup', since he's a similar sort of player. Hopefully he gets healthy and comes back. I know he hasn't produced much, but the talent is clearly there.
