I think the big thing is they actually look like a professional football team this year........

It's moments like this with the Bills that remind me of a scene from the classic sports flick Major League

Well....... you're not wrong about beating a bad team. On the other hand TT did pretty decent. We need to win games like this one to prove we're not the same ol' Bills, otherwise ya... we'd be the same ol' Bills.

That said, pretty sure i almost threw up when i saw McCoy go down. I really hope we get to the Pats game at 5-2 and then beat a Brady lead Pats..... that would mean a LOT

SanFran went to pieces late but this was not a bad win by any stretch. The Niners game plan kept the Bills off balance for at least a half. Any given Sunday, you know? The Bills won with offensive game plan and defensive adjustment.

This is how they were supposed to beat this team. Just as good teams win ugly games, good teams also take it to bad teams over the course of the game.

Have to wonder what Rex/Thurman said at the half

I don't think it's what he said, it looked like they dialed back the blitzes and tried to make Kaepernick beat them from the pocket, which is the best strategy against a rusty QB with poor accuracy.

Redzone efficiency.

Bills 4 for 4 100%

9ers 0 for 2 0%

3rd down eficiency 8 of 13 61%

312 rushing yds

491 total yds

Just wow!

This was a game the Bills typically lose and the same can be said for next week's game. I hope the worm is finally turning!

BTW, I was watching the CBS post-game show and swear that Norman (i.e. Boomer) called Tyrod "Terrell".

Go Bills!

Again with a stellar red zone defense today. It was a huge factor just like it was vs. the Rams.

The only thing that was different was the teams that we won and lost to.

No there was one when we were 0-2. A thread was started saying 5-2. At the time I thought 5-11 for the season so kudos to that poster.

we have a new OC and Rex isn't calling the defense plus no Felton which likely cost us game one, so big difference since game two.

:P

John, in the euphoria of a 29 point win, riding the wave of a 4 game win streak including wins against NE at home, AZ, and LA at home; I'll sip a bit of your kool-aid, and say that you have to get to 4-2 if you want to get to 17-2.

Savor it.

I'll be back to my regular pessimistic self by Tuesday.
