White Linen
NFL needs a development league...a place for college grads to play who aren't immediately desired in the NFL. Fill the league with QB projects and hopefuls, and you'll start to find the guys who can do it. Feed them into the NFL and give more teams a chance to win on Sunday. Everyone wins, except the 5 or so teams with a stud QB, like NE or GB. But even they win, long term, because Rodgers and Brady ain't gonna play forever. I can tell you read the NY Times. Everyone wins? Who do you suggest will pay for this developmental league? Edited October 16, 2016 by Triple Threat
Hapless Bills Fan
Glad you're content with mediocrity. If "content with mediocrity" means "don't buy your cost-benefit analysis about trading Dareus", guess so. I note you have not responded to the several posts pointing out that Dareus' contract indicates that the Bills can't trade Dareus at present without other big cuts due to salary cap reasons, and pointing out that eating the amortized portion of Dareus' bonus would make for a mighty expensive 1st round pick.
