Former Bills safety Jimmy Leonard is in his first year coaching the DBs at Wisconsin. He's a natural. ESPN filmed him in a film meeting prepping his players for Ohio State. I think he's a guy you can see coaching for Rex one day.

I can't remember who, but Leonard was mentioned as being so critical to running Rex's d on field, he'd be put out there when he could barely walk.

Rex loves him, and he's the type who makes a great coach because he's not the most physically gifted guy but can teach the scheme and technique because he probably had to be perfect at it and couldn't rely on talent.

He certainly seemed to be a player coach during his time here. Nice to see he's doing well post-playing-career.

Leonard was great at diagnosing plays when he was a player and rarely made mistakes or stupid, over aggressive penalties.

He definitely stretched his career. I thought he was done by the time he left BAL. To see him playing for several years after was impressive. He certainly outsmarted his opponents often. I was glad for the years he wore a Bills jersey.
