Chuck Wagon Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 I think the Rams should get Romo, what's the point for the Dolphins? Their season is done.
aristocrat Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 how could the boys resutructure it to be able to trade him? i don't know if it's even possible
BuffaloFan68 Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 1,500 posts and I'm finally a veteran - Yeah.. Go Bills!!!!
Best Player Available Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Jerrah on air yesterday said Romo is the starter when he comes back. Of course that probably means to teams to get your offers in now..........
Gugny Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Romo is good enough for one more hit, then he's done forever. It's ovah.
nucci Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 why wouldn't the Dolphins want a better , younger QB? That team is not close to winning....
Ed_Formerly_of_Roch Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Can't see anyone trading for Tannehil with the contract he just signed. Sitting here at work looking at the schedule ahead and knowing Romo is due back soon, if you're Miami would you try to get him now that Prescott is doing well?Tannehil and a 3rd for Romo? He would be a good fit in Miami with that team.
Big Turk Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Romo would last about 2 quarters..Tannehill is getting hit constantly behind that line
aristocrat Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Can't see anyone trading for Tannehil with the contract he just signed. i believe the guaranteed money is up after this year so it becomes a year to year thing with low dead cap.
dulles Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Tanny was ruined its so amazing bad teams can never develop a QB It's funny because just last year he appeared to turn the corner using that short passing game. Now, with Adam Gase, he is regressing. At this point, if I'm the Dolphins, I keep Tanny next year too. Perhaps it is just the learning curve on the system.
CowgirlsFan Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Not with that o-line. He'd last one play. EXACTLY!!
BuffaloBud Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 The financial hit cap-wise would set Miami back so far. Besides, who replaces Prescott if he goes down?
Saxum Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Sure, they should trade a few first-round picks for him. Although, seriously, how could they even consider that being that Tanny is going to be a $20M hit on their cap NEXT season? They have Mario Williams - they offer to trade him to whomever has John Skelton.
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Is Miami really just a QB away? Also, with tanny gone, who plays when Romo shatters his clavicle again. AZ- they are the type of team I'd expect to consider that trade.
Niagara Dude Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Sitting here at work looking at the schedule ahead and knowing Romo is due back soon, if you're Miami would you try to get him now that Prescott is doing well? Tannehil and a 3rd for Romo? He would be a good fit in Miami with that team. I would take him for a second or third, Taylor is not the answer.
C.Biscuit97 Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 This would be such a Miami trade. At this point, Miami should think more about tanking and getting a high pick. Of course, they might decide to take a LT #1 instead of a qb again. No matter how bad the Bills are, Miami is always worse.
mead107 Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 They would be better off trading for Brady. He is on the downside of his career.
apuszczalowski Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 It would make too much sense. This trade would make it more difficult to beat Miami, until Romo gets hurt again.so it would be tough to beat them for the first 5 minutes of the game?
Malazan Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 outside of insane overpayment, Dallas isn't getting rid of Prescott or Romo. I don't why people, especially people who fans of a team that has needed a QB for almost 2 decades, believe that teams are eager to trade away QBs who are performing well. They'll happily keep Romo or Prescott as the backup.
