What a Tuel Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 (edited) Remember when Daraus said he didn't feel wanted when he wanted big bucks? I think he might be laughing at us now. He should give every dime back for every game missed to the flood victims for not being in great shape apon his return after hurting the team for the first four weeks. Action speaks he says. Show us. He did for the suspension anyway. We played the Niners in 2012 in San Francisco. It was a blowout and really hard to watch. But the last time the Niners were in Buffalo was 2008 under Singletary (he took over midseason). We lost 10-3. Also a bad game. Ah that's right. For some reason I didn't see the "came to town" part, and thought he was talking about the blowout. Singletary for the 49ers was 2008-2010? Where the heck does time go?! eball Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 coooooool, last time we wore this it was against the packers.....and we won. Nah, they wore it a couple of times last year -- I think they lost vs. Cinci and won in the finale vs. the Jets.

Deranged Rhino Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 The Bills returned my call and confirmed that they WILL NOT PLAY SSB on third down. This is the kind of scurrilous crap that makes social media suck. The Bills will be playing the sounds and music as if it were any other game.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 Why can Americans not use "one quarter"? You just called it Quarters coverage, for crying out loud! One-fourth? My god, this is why people hate you. I'm sorry, I couldn't understand the foreign language you're speaking!
26CornerBlitz Posted October 14, 2016 Author Posted October 14, 2016 Both our 49ers and Bills reporters see Buffalo having its way on the ground vs. the NFL's second-worst run defense. FPI likes the Bills in a big way, too. Week 6 predictions (Insider) 49ERS AT BILLS San Francisco 49ersThis is a daunting matchup for a team riding a four-game losing streak. The 49ers have to travel across the country to play a Bills team that has run the ball better (5.88 yards per carry) than any other since changing offensive coordinators three weeks ago. San Francisco, meanwhile, has the second-worst run defense in the league and lost linebacker NaVorro Bowman to a season-ending Achilles injury two weeks ago against Dallas. The only thing the Niners seem to have going for them is a little extra rest after playing on Thursday Night Football, but that won't be enough to land their second road win in their past 13 tries. Buffalo 31, San Francisco 17. -- Nick Wagoner Buffalo BillsRex Ryan doesn't want his team overlooking this game because he doesn't feel that his team is "good enough." He's right, but the Bills should improve to 4-2 as long as their running game continues to power a Sammy Watkins-less offense. LeSean McCoy has averaged 6.1 yards per carry over the Bills' three-game winning streak, and as Nick Wagoner mentioned, the 49ers have the NFL's second-worst run defense. Bills 31, 49ers 14. -- Mike Rodak

Rex just gotta be the face of the franchise and an over-sized cheerleader on Sundays and were good. No more stressy Rex, hes just gonna chill on the sideline managing our time outs....

Apparently Vegas thinks Blaine Gabbert gives the 49ers a better chance to win than Colin Kaepernick. These are troubling times, indeed. Then again, perhaps it doesn't matter who plays quarterback in San Francisco (this isn't the first time someone has said this): Since 2015, the 49ers are 1-5 straight-up in games that kick off at 1 p.m. ET. They're also just 2-6 ATS against AFC teams since 2014.

reddogblitz Posted October 15, 2016 Posted October 15, 2016 There are NO trap games, that has been statistically proven beyond a doubt by Football Outsiders analyzing over 10 years worth of data. There are times bad teams beat good teams. It happens. However, bad teams beat good teams the same percentage of time when its a "trap" game or not a trap game. In fact when they analyzed the data, good teams beat bad teams slightly MORE often when they were considered "trap" games. This is a myth that just won't die. When a bad team beats a good team, that's all it is. It has nothing to do with any "trap" situation Is it a myth like momentum?
