Maury Ballstein
Anyone been to one ? A kolache is a Czech pastry. Just had a baseball sized Philly cheesesteak one and it was excellent. The Real Buffalo Joe
Love me some Kolaches. They have sausage filled ones here in Texas. They're delicious.
Rubes
Hard to believe, but a Kolache place just opened up at the end of my block, in Salt Lake City of all places. Friggin crazy. They sell out every day by 11:30AM.
Maury Ballstein
I thought kolachis were only sweet; didn't know they had savory ones too. Polish sausage, Philly cheesesteak, bacon and eggs. Tons of stuff. I'm gonna be a VIP there soon enough.

Maury Ballstein
Day 2. Went again had 2 philly cheesesteak one buff chicken. Buff chick is okay but without a little bleu cheese in it, it's got no chance. Employee said the meatball one was good, that'll be next. My worker had a sausage one which looked like a huge "pigs in a blanket"with a jalapeño baked into the top. Has to be good I look forward to buying a franchise one day. Kolaches forever! Chilly
Technically a savory kolache with meat is a klobasnek. If you're ever on the i35 corridor between Austin and Dallas, West, Texas is a must stop. http://www.czechstop.net http://www.slovacekwesttexas.com
