Maury Ballstein Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Oil of Olay keeps those Cougars looking cougarlicious.
CardinalScotts Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 yes you always see those corners burying the big runningbacks
Mr. WEO Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Running your best players out of town is a horrible way to do business. You would have been more upset if he broke his shoulder again and we had to start some rookie. Receivers duck, QBs slide and corners have to protect themselves too. He's no good to us hurt. Every line here in this gem is pure gold!

clearwater cadet Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 That was horrible, I remember that play, he made no attempt at all.
Guest K-GunJimKelly12 Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 yes you always see those corners burying the big runningbacks What kind of logic is this? Corners are just supposed to step out of the way of running backs and let them roam? It's football and as a football player, you put your body in there and at least slow down his progress so teammates can come help make the tackle.

Yes, but when the ball carrier is clearly headed out of bounds you let him go. Maybe give him a shove. Not worth risking an injury on that play, IMO.

BillsFan2313 Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 He's soft. I really don't like the player and wouldn't pay him long-term. Too inconsistent in coverage and hates tackling. Don't want players like that on my roster. Franchise and trade him. He's the only one that had zero problem tackling Bennett... 1
The Big Cat Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Too shay Wouldn't want to damage OP's self of steam.
cantankerous Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 I can't believe so many of you don't care about that play. I thought Gilmore played a good game overall, but him not even attempting to tackle was 100% p_ssy.
HT02 Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Thanks For the breakdown coach. Why the sarcasm? Are you the only one entitled to an opinion? That's why we visit this site to express opinions and thoughts?

Boatdrinks Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 I seem to recall that Deion Sanders wasn't a great tackler, either. How many of us would have loved to have him on our roster? Deion did so much else so well, you could live with the lack of physical play. He could shadow a top WR and not be out of position like SG often is. He also always made plays on the ball , made interceptions instead of dropping them, and was a real threat to take one to the house from anywhere on the field. SG is a good, not great CB. Deion was a great player.
Beef Jerky Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Wow people really hate the Best CB on the team so much they come up with anything to get upset about. No one is saying anything about Darby.
C.Biscuit97 Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 No one is saying anything about Darby. I was really impressed the way Darby shut down the Cards beastly receivers last week. Oh wait.
Solomon Grundy Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 (edited) I bet Antoine Winfield wouldn't have flinched at tackling Blount. Gilmore is losing money every week Edited October 3, 2016 by the skycap
C.Biscuit97 Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 I bet Antoine Winfield wouldn't have flinched at tackling Blount. Gilmore is losing money every week I'll bet you on that. Dude is going to get mega bucks. You are crazy if NFL GMs are putting more stock into him whiffing on a tackle of a 260 lbs rb than shitting down receivers like Fitz, Floyd, Edelman, etc. in a passing league. Gilmore is going to be a very rich man.
