BillsFan130 Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Lost in this great win for the boys today was how well the bills pass protection was. This is 3 weeks in a row now where they have impressed me, and this is without Cordy Glenn as well. Very encouraging to see and let's hope they can keep it going

BillsFan130 Posted October 3, 2016 Author Posted October 3, 2016 Cordy started today. Whoops I meant the previous two weeks, my mistake
Doc Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Whoops I meant the previous two weeks, my mistake No problem and I agree with your overall sentiment. I just hope they can get and stay healthy and continue to improve as a unit.
Formerly Allan in MD Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 The pass protection was excellent all day. Taylor was given the opportunity to scan the field, something you don't often see him doing. What's with Mills?
John from Riverside Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Agreed....what happened to Mills The right side of our OL is playing most excellent

Taylor was given the opportunity to scan the field, something you don't often see him doing. What's with Mills? Ya was very impressed all around. Tyrod looked like he had ghost pressure the first two weeks, but it looks like he is gaining trust with his o line now
Deranged Rhino Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Good topic and agree, the line played outstanding today.
26CornerBlitz Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Jamie Collins, Chris Long, and company were darn quiet today.
metzelaars_lives Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Bottom line, Whaley's failure to address the offensive line depth is killing us right now.
BillsFan130 Posted October 3, 2016 Author Posted October 3, 2016 Jamie Collins, Chris Long, and company were darn quiet today. Ya good point, I don't think I heard Jamie Collins name all day
Webster Guy Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Ya good point, I don't think I heard Jamie Collins name all day Honestly I think Tyrod twisted him around so much on that option he ran (left side 1st half) that he hurt himself. No kidding, watch the play. It was awesome. And Felton pancakes his guy in the background as well. beautiful play that TT could have taken for more than 15yds if he wasn't trying to save his body.
Marty McFly Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Kromer has the O line rolling pretty well, we just need our guys to stay healthy. Honestly I think Tyrod twisted him around so much on that option he ran (left side 1st half) that he hurt himself. No kidding, watch the play. It was awesome. And Felton pancakes his guy in the background as well. beautiful play that TT could have taken for more than 15yds if he wasn't trying to save his body. Tyrods jukes, jives, and escapes this game were pretty !@#$ing awesome.

In the first two games Roman wouldn't let Tyrod run that roll out run option that he excels at. If he only has one guy to beat he does it almost every time.
Nostradumbass Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 I think the OLine was the est unit on the field today, they just flat out beat the Pats front today
Hapless Bills Fan Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 I think the OLine was the est unit on the field today, they just flat out beat the Pats front today They were just nasty. NASTY! Got to love it!
OhDozeBills Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Yeah I like our O-line. When healthy we also have four very capable tackles in Glenn, Mills, Kounjio and Henderson
Freddie's Dead Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Cordys Glenn looked like he hadn't missed a step. Penalties aside, Eric and Richard had a good game. Miller and Mills are improving each game. Kujo, Henderson, and Ola in the wings. Don't look now, but we may just have ourselves an OL.
Coach Tuesday Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Played well. Strategy was sound, too. Moving pockets, max protect, return of the fullback. Lynn is on a real roll.
John from Riverside Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Not to take this off topic.....but I really expected this type of stuff being talked about by the analysts/talking heads after the game Nope....it was all about the suspension of Brady being over....as if he was the whole team and BB's defense had nothing to do with things
