Please explain how the FADA will pass the constitutionality test. Do you believe it should? I hope you don't! The FADA surely will open up a can of worms. The First Amendment protects individuals rights to practice their religion in ways which do not violate the rights of others, and to associate freely with others of their choosing (which logically includes the right to choose not to associate).
