Boatdrinks Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 We're just gonna disagree. The best example of a Bills coach shooting his mouth off was when Chuck Dickerson made fun of The Hogs before SB XXVI. The Native Americans destroyed our D-line and then thanked Dickerson after the game for his comments firing them up. What coaches say does matter. They may have said they used it as motivation, but anyone watching that game or watching Washington that year knew the Redskins were just too much for the Bills to handle. The Bills offense was far worse than the defense that game as well, with several well known awful performances ( Kelly, Reed slamming his helmet down, Thurmans lost helmet etc). By the time the offense woke up it was over. But make no mistake , the middle of the Bills D line was too lightweight to stop that kind of power football. Parcells even said so right after Super Bowl XXV, that the Bills were " a little soft" up the middle. Those Bills were built to win on Offense, not D. The Giants SB was the only game where the Bills were actually the better team, just refused to run the ball and take it over. Every other SB including XXVI vs Redskins, they were outclassed by a superior team. Redskins would have won that game 9 times if they played it ten, regardless of some snippet of bulletin board material.
Augie Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 My son texted to ask if I started this thread.
LeGOATski Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 He was also an idiot for saying the Cardinals were the perfect team for them to play last week, but he turned out to be right.

Hapless Bills Fan Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 Cant win either way! If he "shuts up" then you'll claim he's soft and has lost his bravado. You in particular would post that he is scared. So it's a lose/lose with you. You might be right but then again you might be wrong. I would like to see Rex perform the experiment. Shut up, Rex.
bobobonators Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Rex was such a distraction today 🙄 FIRE HIM.
John from Riverside Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Rex trolling Edlemen....watching BB thow his ipad and get pissed in his post game LOL LOL LOL
Peter Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Rex's antics this week caused the Bills to lose today. Get rid of this loud mouth. I cannot stand this guy. All he wants to do is draw attention to himself. How dare Rex say that Bill Belichick and Tom Brady are the best of the best. Rex knows nothing about defense and does not put in the work. No wonder we lost today. Oh . . . never mind.
jumbalaya Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 better that he puts a foot in his mouth after a win than after a loss.
What a Tuel Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 (edited) Won't someone think of the lost keystrokes from these prepared statements? I mean come on One Bills Drive, they had their complaints typed out and prepared for release! I guess someone forgot to put it on the Patriots bulletin board. Edited October 3, 2016 by What a Tuel
