Mike in Horseheads Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 NY Post and Daily News not happy at all. Heres one from the Post http://nypost.com/2016/09/25/shame-on-us-for-believing-ryan-fitzpatrick-had-changed/
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 Why couldn't he be just Fitz last week? because, bills.
GG Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 because, bills. Or he played out of his mind and his WRs made all clutch catches which they usually drop. Bills D was always in right position, but couldn't defend perfect execution.
YoloinOhio Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 They must really hate Geno if they wouldn't bench Fitz during that game.
Hapless Bills Fan Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 They must really hate Geno if they wouldn't bench Fitz during that game. I had that thought.
C.Biscuit97 Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 He's an up and down qb. He was Peyton Manning like against us and JP Losman against the Chiefs. He is a middle of the pack qb like the majority of Qbs in the NFL.
fridge Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 They must really hate Geno if they wouldn't bench Fitz during that game. The funny thing is, until his 5th INT that went for a touchdown, they were still in the game. He's an up and down qb. He was Peyton Manning like against us and JP Losman against the Chiefs. He is a middle of the pack qb like the majority of Qbs in the NFL. In fairness to JP...I don't believe he ever threw 6 INTs in a game.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 Or he played out of his mind and his WRs made all clutch catches which they usually drop. Bills D was always in right position, but couldn't defend perfect execution. Like i said...because, bills.
ALF Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 That Jets game was a good wake up call for the Bills so far.
26CornerBlitz Posted September 26, 2016 Author Posted September 26, 2016 @KimJonesSports From @nflnetwork research: Ryan Fitzpatrick tied Joe Namath's NYJ record for most INT in a game. Namath threw 6 picks three times.
C.Biscuit97 Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 The funny thing is, until his 5th INT that went for a touchdown, they were still in the game. In fairness to JP...I don't believe he ever threw 6 INTs in a game. Because they would never let JP throw that much. It's like a pitcher who is getting rocked but you don't want to pull him because your RPs are tired.
Doc Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 You take the good you take the bad you take them both and there you have the Fitz of life.
chris heff Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 Or he played out of his mind and his WRs made all clutch catches which they usually drop. Bills D was always in right position, but couldn't defend perfect execution. My thoughts exactly. Everything went the Jets way.
Captain_Quint Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 You take the good you take the bad you take them both and there you have the Fitz of life. Awesome!
Hapless Bills Fan Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 (edited) The funny thing is, until his 5th INT that went for a touchdown, they were still in the game. In fairness to JP...I don't believe he ever threw 6 INTs in a game. Didn't. But if he'd thrown over 300 yds in more than 2 or 3 games, career, I wouldn't have put it past him. OMG! Funniest. Postgame Pic. Ever. Smith: "Rough game, pal. I threw 4 picks and 74 yds in a game once. Life goes on." Fitz: "Take your hand off me or I'll bite it off" Edited September 26, 2016 by Hapless Bills Fan
26CornerBlitz Posted September 30, 2016 Author Posted September 30, 2016 @KMart_LI Asked re: Ryan Fitzpatrick: "He can't play any worse. ...And we can't coach any worse. Have all the confidence in Ryan." #jets @TyDunne Tyler Dunne Retweeted Kimberley A. Martin For now, #Jets aren't wavering at quarterback. Seattle, Pittsburgh, Arizona, Baltimore up next for Fitz.
