Cant put this drive on Hughes but keep trying

Yes you can. The Cardinals had stalled out after Palmer was sacked by The Lorax on third and long; only to have the drive extended because Hughes thought it was a good idea to throw Palmer to the ground by his head, ripping his helmet off in the process.

Drive is over IF Gilmore makes Pick

Drive is over IF AW doesnt tackle a player that is no were near the play

Drive is over IF players could tackle

None of the above even happens if Hughes isn't dumb.

A boneheaded play is far more damaging/demoralizing than missing what would be a spectacular diving interception. None of the other things you mention need to occur if Hughes isn't a bonehead.

Could have went into halftime up by 17 or even more

Those pens are still why this team will never win anything, and why Rex needs to go. He is a joke of a coach and with the talent on this team it's pathetic

Really the Hughes play doesnt happen if Gilmore makes a Pick

So keep trying. Why didnt they get off the field on the other 3 3rd downs before the Hughes penalty

ahhh the momentum thing.... something that is not real

Well, you don't think you can pin it on Hughes, so I feel good about my position.

Physical mistakes happen. It's part of the game. Mental mistakes caused by a lack of discipline are inexcusable.

Also, the Hughes situation was different because the Bills already had completed the stop when he was penalized
