Perfect job for self-driven cars; you get in car drunk and computer measures breath and refuses to let you take control.

They aren't used in self-driven cars, but this technology is already in wide spread use by municipalities around the country. Convicted DUI drivers have devices installed in their vehicle that won't let them start it until they take and pass the built-in breathalyzer. They also have cameras that inform law enforcement if someone else is taking the test instead of the intended.

What? You don't have a drinkin' car? I don't want to !@#$ up one of my good cars!!!!

Remember the TV show Knots Landing? There was a main character that got drunk and drove, hitting and killing the wife of one of his neighbors. Said neighbor finds out drunk drive intentionally rented a car knowing he'd probably drive drunk, so his own car wouldn't get damaged. Neighbor then proceeds take a sledgehammer to the drunk drivers personal car. That one scene got me hooked on the show.

The biggest question is how did a 1965 chevy survive all those Buffalo winters?

She's a big drinker and didn't take out the "not drinking car" very often. Kept it in the garage most of the time.

Nope. I used to watch The Soup when it was on so I at least knew who they were.

I used to watch that back when it was 'Talk Soup'. I recall it was pretty funny.

It went from Talk Soup to just The Soup as the number of talk shows went down, so they started making fun of all shows.
