BILLS55 Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Frank Reich. Not only is he a former Bill but his offense looked impressive last night. He also is apparently really good at bringing along young QBs which it appears we might have next year. I'm not sure if he interviewed for the job two years ago but he has the eagles offense looking really good...oh yeah and guess who the eagles DC is, Schwartz. Thoughts?
Maury Ballstein Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Eagles OC ? Yes please. Some great play calls all night including screens to tight ends that were successful.
Fan in Chicago Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Frank Reich. Not only is he a former Bill but his offense looked impressive last night. I'm not sure if he interviewed for the job two years ago but he has the eagles offense looking really good...oh yeah and guess who the eagles DC is, Schwartz. Thoughts? The Eagles offense did look good and Wentz looked poised, tough and accurate. I wouldn't mind Reich if he prepares well, has attention to detail and motivates players. Welcome to the board
Virgil Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 The bears will have a top 3 pick. He was the scapegoat in San Diego. And that was a very vanilla offense to help the rookie. I love Frank. He was my first NFL jersey. But let's see him win some games against some top flight talent and become a top tier guy first. Like a McDaniels or a Haley.
nucci Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Pederson is the OC of the Eagles....it's his offense and he calls the plays
Maury Ballstein Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Pederson is the OC of the Eagles....it's his offense and he calls the plays Get him !
MAJBobby Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 I would probably have an interview with him because he is well thought of as one of the up and coming future HCs in the league Get him ! Pederson is also the HC.
Wayne Arnold Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 No. oh yeah and guess who the eagles DC is, Schwartz. How is this relevant?
MAJBobby Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Now the thing about Reich. If he is hired here it would be after a nice long search because hiring him to me seems so Bills reaching back into the 90s for the nostalgia ticket sales
CardinalScotts Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 we are two games in this board is ridiculous-
Hardcore Bills Fan Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 so..... fire a head coach who has a lot of injuries this season for an OC, with no head coaching experience, that did good against a bad team? Good call
May Day 10 Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 I like Frank Reich. wouldnt want him to hurt his career so, no
dpberr Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 The Eagles have played the Browns and Bears. Two teams with bad defenses and bad offensive lines. Just keep that in mind before elevating the Eagles to NFL supremacy.
Hardcore Bills Fan Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 we are two games in this board is ridiculous- agreed, posters are talking impatience to a new level with this team, heaven help us if/when we draft a 1st round QB again and he doesnt go undefeated his rookie year.
MAJBobby Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 so..... fire a head coach who has a lot of injuries this season for an OC, with no head coaching experience, that did good against a bad team? Good call I see we are using excuses still for Rex
BmarvB Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 we are two games in this board is ridiculous- I agree. 2 games don't make or break a season with 14 left to play. Way too early to hit the panic button. However, Rex is definitely in the burning hot seat already.

However, Rex is definitely in the burning hot seat already. Why is it too early. Heck the Bills pushed the panic button by firing their OC in week 2.
Hardcore Bills Fan Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 (edited) I see we are using excuses still for Rex well with this fan-base we plow through coaches every 2 years. thats a real recipe for success with the impatience fans have, just look at Washington and Cleveland, works well with 2 year coaches doesnt it Edited September 20, 2016 by Hardcore Bills Fan
boyst Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 A new coach. A new starting RB. A new starting QB. A new pair of safeties. 2017 is going to be one hell of a ride
Dr. Fong Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Stop bringing nostalgia into the equation. He hasn't done anything in the league worth noting yet you want him to be the next head coach. See this is part of the problem.
