That's why " tanking" is really not a thing in football. How many #1's have the Browns had? Unless there is an Andrew Luck , ( about once every twenty years) the first overall pick doesn't guarantee very much. Still too many busts at that spot. You can debate about who is worst, but the Bills are firmly in that mix. Not a debate you want to be involved in. They are terrible, just as an organization.
