Wayne Cubed Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 He's already better than Taylor That's not saying much
yungmack Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 As Jimmy Garoppolo carves up the phins secondary, looking very Brady like in just a game and a quarter, it appears another great quarterback was missed. I was on this board pleading with the Bills to pick this kid, but we didn't need him, we had E.J. Good job, Doug, you and Buddy have put this team in the position its in, simply by passing by quality quarterbacks. Neither of you two would know a quarterback prospect if he hit you in the nuts with a football!s You were on this board pleading for Garrapolo? Why? We don't do the drafting. So, kind of a waste of your time. And ftr, Whaley missed on every single player drafted in the last two years who went on to success, not just Garrapolo. Maybe you could start threads for each of those Whaley fails.
harv shitz Posted September 18, 2016 Author Posted September 18, 2016 Does the same thing apply for the other GM's who passed on him? Minnesota? Jacksonville? Oakland? Titans? No, my point is he's another good looking young QB that we passed on. Aren't you tired of seeing all the others, and now him, look great, while we still are stuck with a 2nd rate at best quarterback? I really thought Tyrod was going to join the elite this year, sadly, I and many others, was mistaken.
MAJBobby Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 It's their system. So they actually call and Offense, where we just call plays

Neither of you two would know a quarterback prospect if he hit you in the nuts with a football! I'm sure we would have ruined him though. I hope we can bring him here when we get a new FO and coaching staff who now how to run a team and bring a QB along the right way.
TakeYouToTasker Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 He was a second round pick. Every team "missed on him" at least once.
Wayne Arnold Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 When did Hoyer and Mallett have this amazing success with the Pats that you are referring to? When did I ever say "amazing success with the Pats"?
Buffalo Barbarian Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 This is a case where watching the games is important instead of looking at just the box score. Tyrod has been as mediocre as it gets so far.
MAJBobby Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Wow it is so nice to see a QB throw in between the numbers. Refreshing.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 21-0 with 12 minutes left in the half. Maybe the hoodie is thinking it's time to pull his QB already. Wonder if Belly Bledsoes Brady after 4 games?
Best Player Available Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 It's their system. Exactly what the hoodie said. plug & play. he learned that too perfection when awhile ago he would hire a coach from Oregon to consult in the off season named Chip Kelly.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Wow it is so nice to see a QB throw in between the numbers. Refreshing. un heard of!
LabattBlue Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 When did I ever say "amazing success with the Pats"? Quote from your original post.... "lol Garappolo is just another Patriots quarterback who looks great in Belichick's NE system but will suck everywhere else he goes. (Hoyer, Cassel, Mallett, Garappolo, etc.)"
MarkAF43 Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Oh man he's hurt! Let's see if the third string guy is as good
MAJBobby Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Man he looks hurt bad ala Romo Collerbone
Best Player Available Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Oh man he's hurt! Let's see if the third string guy is as good well if he goes down then Edelman might be next up. LOL
Deranged Rhino Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Well, there you go - Kiko killed him. Usually Kiko only kills people with his cooking and acting chops.
TH3 Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Well. For 1 3/4 quarters looked good.....Go Jacoby
