26CornerBlitz Posted September 16, 2016 Author Posted September 16, 2016 @thadbrown7 Source told @scottpitoniak Terry Pegula not pleased with last nights performance. "Kind of embarrassed". Something apparently had to be done
Buffalo Barbarian Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Pegs is mad, thats a giod sign Do we know this came from him?
What a Tuel Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 there were those other 45 minutes though ... They were on the field for 40 minutes. We couldn't sustain a drive. I don't excuse zero adjustments to our CB's getting burned every single play, but our offense couldn't sustain a single drive. 1 trip to the red zone all night and it was in the last minute of the game.
dave mcbride Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Come on Rico, the highest paid OC getting himself fired on purpose!? That's a reach. If he gets fired he still gets paid! He's not going to be around next year anyway so why not go the early vacation route? No one is going to blame Norman for getting fired by our idiot of a head coach. Good idea, Rico.
mannc Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 The third and 1, fourth and 1, EJ, timeout burning debacle alone was grounds for immediate termination.
WotAGuy Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Can we now sign Roman as a QB? He's got to be better than EJ and Tyrod
Seasons1992 Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Football season only took 5 days to turn into all out drinking season. This is going on my office door. Next to TallskiWallski83's post about "Jesus christ being a bills fan sucks." after Jacksonville last year.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Yikes; this is not good. I really liked Roman. The problem is with the players, IMO.
26CornerBlitz Posted September 16, 2016 Author Posted September 16, 2016 Chris Palmer taking over duties. Wish him the best! Actually it's Anthony Lynn, but I have no doubt that Palmer will have significant input.
dave mcbride Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Yet it was predictable.. and generally bad. This season. Two games in. And the defense was frickin' horrible yesterday.
Dr. Who Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Please tell me that this wasn't initiated by Pegula. Please tell me. If true...were f***ed I dunno. Who is supposed to have initiated it, Whaley?
CommonCents Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 If he gets fired he still gets paid! He's not going to be around next year anyway so why not go the early vacation route? No one is going to blame Norman for getting fired by our idiot of a head coach. Good idea, Rico. Commit career suicide for an early vacation? He has now gotten fired from two jobs in what 3 years? He is toast.
Just in Atlanta Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Don't think I've ever been this negative on our chances. bull **** move to fire Roman. Who made this decision? Rex, Whaley or Pegula?
stevewin Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Now they need to fire the "DC" No chit. How can you possibly justify firing the OC but not the DC (or certain special defensive 'assistants' for that matter). Oh I know - because they are your friends. A$$holes
dave mcbride Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Please tell me that this wasn't initiated by Pegula. Please tell me. If true...were f***ed Ai yi yi. That's bad. He knows nothing about football.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Chris Palmer taking over duties. Wish him the best! Good luck, TT has been exposed
John from Riverside Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 When I saw us go for a 4th down conversion with Shady in the backfield and not a powerback....I was at the point of "something needs to change here" I was not expecting this
