Had the rib eye and eye of round today. It was ok.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ok I lied. Great effing meat! The wife wants to know more about your meat. Braising the shank tomorrow. Record heat here tomorrow so not exactly braised meat weather but I don't want to refreeze it.

since you're a chef would you be willing to give a quote about how my meat feels in your mouth? Juicy? Salty? Does it fill you up? Did your wife enjoy? Could she handle all of it?

Sure. Tender, juicy, flavorful but my wife had one comment. She said "kind of small".
