The Real Buffalo Joe Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 According to Wikipedia Shout is no longer the "official" Team song. I've never heard "The Power of the Bills" to my knowledge, and can't find it anywhere. Any leads to where I can hear it? It seems like it's terribly cheesy just by the title. The Bills have several theme songs associated with them. One is a variation of the Isley Brothers hit "Shout", recorded by Scott Kemper, which served as the Bills' official promotional song from 1987 through 1990s. It was officially replaced circa 2000 with "The Power of the Bills", although "Shout" remains in use. The Bills' unofficial fight song, "Go Bills", was penned by Bills head coach Marv Levy in the mid-1990s on a friendly wager with his players that he will write the song if the team won a particular game.
boyst Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 I thought all those YouTube rapster hype videos were official?

GottaRun Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 (edited) I've given this some deep thought, and I think this is our song. This should at least be our song for when the game is over. Edited September 14, 2016 by driddles
JOE IN HAMPTON ROADS Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 Du Hast by Rammstein. In German it can mean "you have me" or "you hate me", depending on the context.
OutOfBubbleGum Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 They should change their theme song to "Friends in Low Places" by Garth Brooks.

r00tabaga Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 I wish that they would put that Marv video on the scoreboard prior to kickoff. In my head it is a good idea at least.
GunnerBill Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 (edited) I've given this some deep thought, and I think this is our song. This should at least be our song for when the game is over. Great song. Odd fella Morrissey but a genius. EDIT: and British. Obviously. Edited September 14, 2016 by GunnerBill
Marv's Neighbor Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 With respect to the Playoffs, "Somewhere over the rainbow" may be a good fit.
The Wiz Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 It was good at the time, hard to listen to now. Everything is so forced.
Dr.Sack Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 Top Bills Fight Song circa late 1980s, https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ
vincec Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 This is it. It's as bad as the team is. Perfect fit.
BobbyC81 Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 Right now, I'd say just replace the word 'Shout' in the Shout song with 'Puke'
vincec Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 Great song. Odd fella Morrissey but a genius. EDIT: and British. Obviously. Can't argue with you. He is the man. And this song is pretty darn good as the Bills theme too. But I have to hand it to Marv by a nose.
Hapless Bills Fan Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 I thought this was the official team song: http://www.nickmendola.com/lets-go-bills-rap-2016-opening-day/
