Puhonix Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 Im not sure if I'm seeing this right, but ESPN is saying that the Bills went 9-8 last season. Bills 2004 results According to this, they went out on Nov. 6 and played the Pats in a secret game, that they lost. I can't make this crap up... look for yourself!

(I can just hear Madden saying it now... ARGH!)
JasoninMT Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/teams/schedule?team=nwe Not only is this "secret" game on there... but if you look you'll also see a "secret" game with Indy which they lost 16-30... I'm sure Peyton was overconfident and that's why he lost the Division game...
Ramius Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 both games even have an active box score link...no stats tho, just the score
Puhonix Posted February 23, 2005 Author Posted February 23, 2005 Manning leads the Colts past New England on the strength of 3 Vanderjackass field goals, and three throwing TDs. Which brings his actual total for the season to... 49?

JoeF Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 That second loss to the Pats should count as two losses.....
Shameless Homer Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 Another good reason to unload Bledsoe. Aside from the fact that we won 9 games in spite of him, the 7 losses that he caused on his own can occasionally count for 2. At least 9 wins by the Team next year and Losman's gotta be good for at least 3 or 4 on his own (because he is so mobile!). I smell Super Bowl, baby.
