Buffalo Barbarian Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 (edited) Who do we go for after the season? If Garoppolo plays great, old Bellycheat might pull a Bledsoe on Brady and ship him off to us, and of course we would find a way to make Yom look bad. Edited September 12, 2016 by Buffalo Barbarian
C.Biscuit97 Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 We don't have Mario to trade them though! NE will trade us Tom Tupa for our next 2 1sts. Jimmy looked very composed for his first NFL start. Color me impressed.

Was hoping we would take a flier on him, but nah we were/are set at QB Edited September 12, 2016 by Buffalo Barbarian
jr1 Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 it's weird how Josh McDaniels can fail as a HC but adapts pretty well as OC
Buffalo Barbarian Posted September 12, 2016 Author Posted September 12, 2016 it's weird how Josh McDaniels can fail as a HC but adapts pretty well as OC Some guys are just better coordinators. Although I think he needs another shot before he can be written off as a HC.
major Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 Some guys are better coordinators when they have Ernie Adams cheating like hell to make the patriots champions every year. It's also amazing that every backup qb that comes in to replace Brady plays like Brady. Hmmmm
White Linen Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 it's weird how Josh McDaniels can fail as a HC but adapts pretty well as OC It's weird that every OC adapts well in NE.
Hapless Bills Fan Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 it's weird how Josh McDaniels can fail as a HC but adapts pretty well as OC I think it's partly the established team culture and systems in place for NE**. I hate them, but I have to give them that. They have a winning culture and everyone knows you go into overdrive learning your role and preparing or OUT you go. And because they're a winning team, no one wants to get kicked to the curb. McDaniels learned the hard way there is more to establishing that than saying you're gonna do it.
Webster Guy Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 It was Belichicks pure genius that caused the center to mess up that final snap and saved them from losing the game. GENIUS. I dont care what anyone says, we will beat them without Brady. We shut them down last game in NE with Gronk and Brady, it will happen again. P.s. Dareus please appeal suspension like LeVeon did and get it reduced to 3 games. Thanks
Bleeding Bills Blue Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 McDaniels learned the hard way there is more to establishing that than saying you're gonna do it. This. He tried too hard to make his mark.
filthymcnasty08 Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 It's weird that every OC adapts well in NE. Agreed.

With Brady, I honestly think they win even if they make the field goal... 40 seconds, no timeouts, down by 2? Brady will drive down and win in primetime.
Chandler#81 Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 Sadly, after 15 years of dissing the Pats* as unworthy cheaters, I've come to the conclusion 'if ya can't beat 'em, Join 'em'. Now I think we perpetually lose because we're too dumb to cheat..
Santana Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 Everyone looks good under BB's system. He's only played in 1 game so far, there's not really any tape on him. Lets see how he is a year down the road once teams can study him. Could very well end up being another Matt Cassel.
thm Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 (edited) yes he looked very poised ...like a real qb...hell even the rookie qb for denver looked good. But this man love for the patriots from collingsworth is pathetic..... Edited September 12, 2016 by thm

But this man love for the patriots from collingsworth is pathetic..... Not to mention Carson Wentz, Derek Carr, Andrew Luck... all young QBs that are light years better than tryhard, our "franchise" qb.
Boatdrinks Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 it's weird how Josh McDaniels can fail as a HC but adapts pretty well as OC This is actually a pretty common tale in the NFL. Some guys are better as " specialists" than the delegator or administrator. Just too many other things to deal with as a HC. Mc Daniels offense and play calling is excellent. So much of being an OC is calling plays :situational football. Mc Daniels is a master in that dept. agreed , his first stint as a HC wasn't an ideal situation, but they rarely are. I'd take a flyer on anyone ( just about) that had a significant part of the Pats success. As much as I hate them, it's time to imitate the tormentor.
major Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 Read spygate by Bryan o' Leary and then you'll know how they have been this good for 15 years.

Now I think we perpetually lose because we're too dumb to cheat.. this and have no idea how to find a good HC or QB Everyone looks good under BB's system. He's only played in 1 game so far, there's not really any tape on him. Lets see how he is a year down the road once teams can study him. Could very well end up being another Matt Cassel. but Hey would could have Tom Brady Not to mention Carson Wentz, Derek Carr, Andrew Luck... all young QBs that are light years better than tryhard, our "franchise" qb. for sure. I love the running game but you still need a QB in this league.
MDH Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 Not to mention Carson Wentz, Derek Carr, Andrew Luck... all young QBs that are light years better than tryhard, our "franchise" qb. So one game now means Wentz is "light years" better than TT? A game vs. the Browns? Yeah, okay... He might one day be a franchise guy but TT has proven more than Wentz at this point. That being said, TT hasn't convinced me yet that he's "the guy."
