Do The Reich Thing Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 Flame on for me not posting a lot on this board, but I'm on here all the time and I love my Bills more than anything (abstract my family). Nonetheless guys let's try and be optimistic. This team for many countless years has been a fast starting group, only to fall apart and end up being subpar and mediocre. Look at the the strong positive coming out of today's game. This defense is good. This is certainly a BIG change from last year. Yea the offense sh*t the bed today, but we've got time to put it together and figure it out. The Ravens obviously game planned very well for the Bills offense, and the coaching staff was too stubborn to change the game plan. I have faith that this will change. We had a good offense all around last year, and the core group of players is still here. So relax, and remember this is one game of a sixteen game season. This will be a season where the Bills end strong instead of falling apart for a change. I'm still all-IN!
May Day 10 Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 Nope. They stink. Year two, whatever you want to call it. I have seen this movie too many times. Crappy teams, with crappy management, and crappy coaches, dont win.
boater Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 Ya. They lost a close game on the road to a good team. No need for harikari. Lose at home to mediocrity: then it's time to say WTF.

stevestojan Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 I appreciate your optimism (I guess). But I was at the game. The only reason Baltimore is 1-0 is because they were playing the Bills. Worst game I've ever paid money to watch.
Bangarang Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 It's not just 1 game. This team looked flat and unprepared on offense. A lot of the criticisms from last year are still present this year.
Dr.Sack Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 They lost to a 5-11 team. And lost a game in the AFC to a likely WC challenger. Thursday is a huge game.
John from Riverside Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 It's not just 1 game. This team looked flat and unprepared on offense. A lot of the criticisms from last year are still present this year. Last years offense was much improved from its previous year.....so I am not sure where you are going with that. They certainly did not play well today
Boatdrinks Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 Ya. They lost a close game on the road to a good team. No need for harikari. Lose at home to mediocrity: then it's time to say WTF. They lost a road game to an average team that made more than enough mistakes to lose at home. They did nothing with their opportunities on Offense and made no explosive plays. This team was just awful today, that's the reality of it.
Playoffs? Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 They blew today. Same old story. Used to be an optimist, but now I'm a realist... Lather, rinse, repeat.
BillsVet Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 Greg Roman doesn't have the element of surprise anymore like he and Tyrod had in 2015. And you can be sure opposing defensive coordinators will use this game to make it more difficult for the Bills the rest of the way.
xsoldier54 Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 I'll give them a bit more time before deciding what kind of team I think they will be. Today was a terrible performance offensively. We'll see what Thursday night brings.
billsfan714 Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 Aaron Rodgers isnt coming to save the day.

I can forgive them not coming out looking sharp...I cannot forgive them having one of the best deep threats in the NFL and Goodwin, one of the fastest players in the NFL, playing against a very suspect secondary and never even trying to push the ball downfield...that was simply inexcusable...wondering if Tyrod just put too much pressure on himself this week to play well instead of just letting it go. Bleeding Bills Blue Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 Just seemed completely out of sorts... Terrible performance. But I give the defense some credit, this should've been a blow out. We didn't move the ball at all
sodbuster Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 They do stink, BUT it looks like the entire afce is gonna be 0-1 after this week. So we have that going for us. Which is nice.
BillsFan130 Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 Ya. They lost a close game on the road to a good team. No need for harikari. Lose at home to mediocrity: then it's time to say WTF. A good team? I get Baltimore had a ton of injuries last year and that is why they went 4 and 12. But they are not a good team, probably 8 wins at best. If the bills want to make the playoffs you HAVE to beat teams like them
1st Ammendment NoMas Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 If we lost and the team looked good, it would be a different story. We looked like **** and made the same stupid mistakes we've made for years. Bad football teams with bad coaching and bad management are incapable of playing consistently well. We will be a 5-6 win team.
Dorkington Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 If they showed me more during preseason, I'd feel different. But this team looked wholly unprepared to play football.
